The manager broke into my room when I had gone to buy food. Removed my stuff in the middle of the night and brought them over to the reception. By the time I arrived, he was going over my stuff, he stole $72, a tmobile Hotspot and a phone. When I approached him, he threatened to stub me before calling me nxgxr. I just drove my car since I was in a foreign country, didn't even know how to call the police or what to say since I didn't know Spanish. I have reported the IMEI numbers to my career. I had to book for another room and cancel this with my credit card.

the place it was not what i expect it was to small and the receptiongirl it was to rude i mean you call for room service and she didnt awnser or she took to long to send the items that i order i would not recomed this hotel

the service it was bad and u check out at 11 and most plaases its at 12 not rigth here i would not re omed this hotel

Some amenities were updated

There could have not been bugs coming out of the drain. You could have better towels not dirty ripped ones. Could have had a working tv. Could have had better blankets.

Location it's accessible, near many other places

TV control didn't work had to get up to turn on or off the TV. Musky smell in the room mainly from restroom . Had to have receptionist turn on ac ( they handle de remote 😶).

The room was nice and cool. Nice layout.

No shampoo n stuff. Just bar soap.
