Great breakfast, comfy bed and everything else was very nice to say the very least.

WiFi is beyond awful and maybe a working remote for the TV would've been nice.

Bed seem cleaned

Parking is tight Front staff bad mood Facilities outdated Room bathroom sink had mold Room itself very outdated

No ice. No fridge. No good

I have stayed in this property in the past however this time it was not pleasant. No hot water for 2 days. Called the front desk several times they sent security to check it out instead of manager or maintenance When I called the second time they just hung up on me. The room was run down in need of repair Day shift Front desk person had a hard time speaking he just mumbled not at all personable was texting in his phone while trying to check me in. The nightstand had sharp edges cut my hand real bad

It’s more for a solo person..

It was too small People at the desk need to be a little more pleasant not so cold..

Bedding was poor quality (not even a fitted sheet) outdated and old and stained. Towels were full of holes and old. Room walls needed a good wipe down. The location is right were the roads merge and there is heavy traffic and next to the Coca Cola factory! I could hear the cars and tu us all night.

Would never stay here again.

The room we were given had a horrible smell, someone came in sprayed spray in the corners and said someone would be up to fix it … an hour later nothing. I called they said they would send someone 20 mins later we couldn’t take it, I went down and asked them to change us rooms, they did. Then as we are leaving saying that we still owe money when we booked thru Booking.com…. they made us wait. instead of 20 mins to cross the extra waiting there added more time to our border cross times. now I’m sitting in a 1.5 wait to cross the border. I will never stay at this hotel again.

The room was very comfortable. Everywhere is clean. Everything in this hotel is new. Tasty breakfast. I especially want to note the staff, polite and helpful people

The front desk, on arrival they kept ignoring us and when they helped us we have to ask questions over and over because they seemed to be in a bad mood. *The housekeepers were very friendly and helpful

the rooms where very clean and slept comfortable throughout our stay. The staff was also very helpful.
