Lovely location, there’s a spar close by so easy to grab a few bits without having to go far. Old town about a 10/15 minute walk away

Probabilmente avrò sbagliato io a prenotare la camera perchè ho visto le foto del terrazzo al primo piano con il letto matrimoniale vista mare e ci è stato dato un piano terra con i letti singoli vista piscina ( le foto erano poco chiare sul sito e probabilmente non molto aggiornate anche perchè per terrazzo intendo al primo piano e non piano terra ). La cucina ha poche attrezzature e quelle che ha sarebbero da cambiare. Il frigo non ha la luce funzionante e non ha i vani sulla porta. Forno a microonde scalda ma non funziona il timer. Nessun kit di servizio ( olio e aceto ). Il bagno non ha ne finestra, ne la ventola e nemmeno lo shampoo. Di fronte alla casa c'è una ristrutturazione totale di un complesso che ostruisce la vista mare e rumori fastidiosi tutti i giorni impossibile rilassarsi. Le nostre sdraio occupate da altri clienti poco educati, mai usate in 5 giorni. Zero privacy perchè i vicini li avevamo a un metro quando facevamo la colazione fuori sul terrazzo e anche quando eravamo in casa erano tutti fuori e ci sentivamo osservati come in un acquario. Zero zanzariere e pareti non insonorizzate così che puoi sentire i vicini come se fossero a casa tua ( schiamazzi notturni compresi ). Wifi scadente perchè è per tutto il complesso e dunque la connessione cade molto spesso. Come siamo arrivati in appartamento abbiamo dovuto anche compilare i moduli che generalmente compila l'host dopo aver pagato 345 euro ( assurdo e mai successo prima ). Tante cose che sto dicendo sono in altre recensioni prima di questa e dunque direi che l'host non ha fatto grossi cambiamenti nonostante le critiche delle recensioni precedenti. Da prima l'host è stato gentile e dopo molto meno ( un pò approssimativo e sbrigativo ). Abbiamo speso meno in strutture simili ( non hotel ) con Spa inclusa, palestra inclusa e i servizi c'erano e funzionavano.

The apartment was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The host was very helpful. There was no shortage of towels, we had everything we needed to do a little cooking and cleaning.

The location is good, but it's up a steep hill. We were able to walk down to the old town in less than 10 mins but my older parents would not be fit to walk back up. This wasn't an issue as we just got a taxi back up, which didn't cost us more than €4.

Was a lovely big Apartment was Spotless when we arrived big shower good water pressure had everything you needed ( apart from an Ironing Board well didn’t see one ) but apart from that’s Excellent facilities

No air conditioning ( not a problem for us as it was January when we went but in the hottest months I could see this being uncomfortable) And Major Renovation of a complex facing again, not a problem for us as we didn’t spend that much time outside, but if was going over to have a chill days outside work men are there most of the time been told it we’ll be Completed for April 2024

Einchecken unkompliziert mittels Keybox, insgesamt sauber und ordentlich, gute Lage abseits vom Haupttrubel, aber mit einem kleinen Supermarkt in der Nähe

Es gab einige Mängel an der Ausstattung, wie einem defekten Griff an der Schiebetür, einem Wasserkocher mit kaputtem Deckel, einer defekte Beleuchtung über der Kochfläche und knarrenden Billigbetten. Teilweise waren diese Mängel bereits vor einem Jahr vorhanden, was trotz der Sauberkeit nicht gerade für die Pflege und Reparaturfreudigkeit des Gastgebers spricht. Am meisten enttäuscht hat uns aber die nicht angekündigte Großbaustelle, da die gesamte gegenüberliegende Appartmentanlage augenscheinlich sehr umfangreich saniert wird. Da auch am Wochenende von morgens bis abends gearbeitet wurde - unter starker Lärm-, Staub- und auch Geruchsentwicklung (Fäkalien) - waren die Nutzung des an sich schön gelegenen Balkons und des Pools nahezu unmöglich und der Erholungswert gleich null, sodass wir unsere Reise vorzeitig abbrechen mussten. Dem Gastgeber, welcher direkt nebenan wohnt, muss dies schon lange bekannt sein, doch die Fotos der Anlage sind weiterhin alt (es gibt mittlerweile Überdachungen über den Balkonen) und zeigen nicht den aktuellen Stand mit der Baustelle. Nach Rücksprache wird die Großbaustelle noch ca. bis zum Jahresende andauern, sodass ein Aufenthalt in dieser Anlage aktuell nicht zu empfehlen ist.
