El servicio al cliente y la ubicación, atienden muy bien y queda ubicado muy cerca de todo, a veces iba a los restaurantes a pie o en carro, y las instalaciones son perfectas

we had our own rooftop deck and ate breakfast there every morning and watched sunset every evening…plus the swimming pool was wonderful!

The location was very good - near enough to the brach and off the busy strip. Susie at the front desk was very helpful. We were only there for one night but found the place comfortable - really enjoyed the balcony / deck
there are a series of gates for security that each require a different key. Would be good if they would color code or label the keys better.

lots of ants everywhere; the toilet is broken, it is constantly clogged and needs to be cleaned; after 16.30 the office does not work and no one cares about you

View from the shared terrace- that’s about it
Ants everywhere. The bathroom sinks were covered with them and they were on the bed and floor- we spent hours killing these and more would pour out of the overflow hole in the sinks. The property is in a hillside- so good luck carrying your luggage. The beach is NOT close. The property manager Sussie was annoyed with any questions and vague answers in key drop off. The terrace in front of the living room is shared and people walking by peeking inside your kitchen. Nice pool though.

the property was close to the beach and only a short distance to the center of town. The view of the sunset was amazing from the rooftop area and the staff were friendly and accomodating!

Only there a week, value, reception and views.
Nothing comes to mind. That the view of the Pacific Ocean from my sitting room and bedroom wasn't closer? It's a splendid place. Ask for Sussy, she is magnificent.

Our short stay at one of the Studio Apartments was super nice. The place was very clean and fully equipped. I specially likes that even though it was a studio apartment, the bedroom and small living room area were separate. The place is super nice and very well taken care of, there are many pools to choose from and everything is super clean. The COVID-19 precautions were very good as well, there were restrictions on the number of people at each pool but we didn't have any problems of that sort. The host, Sussy Abafcs Vargas was super nice and really made us feel welcomed. Everything was very very good.
The first day we got there we were told by the workers that the pools were off limits that they because they had done something special on them for bugs (that's what I understood). It would have been nice to know that before we got there to take it into consideration since we only stayed two nights. Overall it didn't really affect our stay since we were very tired from the trip there and only went out to eat then stayed in and watched a movie, I just think it would be nice to know before hand.
