Good breakfast especially guyo pinto and lots great coffee. Pool was lovely temp and very clean !

Laura (the owner) was very kind and helpful all the way through. It was great value accommodation, and it was clean and comfortable.

There was a municipal gardener cutting the grass outside the property in the street with a very noisy machine at 4 am. It had nothing to do with the property, but it’s an effect of the location.

Great location, clean and Laura is a fantastic host. The staff were so amazing and breakfast was lovely.

The only comment would be that would have liked more than a sheet on the bed. Otherwise no complaints.

The cutest place in the centre of Coco! Laura and the staff are smiley and friendly. Very good atmosphere, clean rooms with AC, clean pool. Breakfast was gallo pinto with eggs, a bowl of fruit, toast with jam, and coffe. The beach is in 5 min by walk.

Laura and staff create an awesome atmosphere! Thank you for the great help in recovering my luggage from the airport. We loved the pool and morning visits and the puppies.

The room was clean & bright. The breakfast was tasty & staff were very helpful & friendly. It was a 3 min walk from the beach which we loved and an easy base to explore from, either by car or walking.

The first room we had was very dark and small - we upgraded after our first night which was much better. The facilities are clean but everything is quite old.

The property is nice and comfortable. Laura and Alesha were great hosts. Any thing you needed they would see to it. Breakfast was good and the eating area was nice. The ocean is only a block away and town is a few blocks. We would definitely stay her again.

Cold showers in the morning were challenging but felt nice later in the day.

Staff was really super friendly and helpful (special requests hd been considered). Location also top only about 200 meters to the beach and 200 meters to the center. Therefore not too noisy. Price performance really top (but were also in the rainy season here). Only cold water shower. Room small and fine (not top modern, but perfect for 1-2 nights).

Pool was beautfiul and well maintained property. Laura was very welcoming and knowledgable. We dont much spanish so she was very nice letting us try =D

The place is located just a couple of minutes from the main street of town and even less from the beach. Everything in town is readily accessible form this location.

The only issue we found is that the bathroom door didn’t close. We lost a little bit of our privacy.

Breakfast was great and the beach access and shopping was wonderful. Really enjoyed the pool and the owners!

We did not care for the black/brown sand at the beach and the toilets were too low!

The location is very central in Coco, one block from the beach. Rooms are cleaned daily and in good order. The room has a safe, a fan, AC, and a TV.

A minor thing given the hot temperatures outside, but the showers have no hot water.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was clean. We felt comfortable and safe and we could relax at the chilling area.

It would be nice to have a hot running water, but it was ok because it was very hot outside.

Host Laura and Roberto are really taking care of their guests. They help you whatever way they can. property was very clean and tidy. in Breakfast I eat only fruit and they made it available for me. property is walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Beds were comfortable and no noise at night as there are no parties.
