Superb location with excellent modern facilities. Lovely pool

The beach front location, proximity to the village, interior design, furnishings, decor, etc. were all impeccable. We could tell each fixture, painting, etc. inside the house was carefully and intentionally selected. The roof top was a nice touch as well, especially the view of the ocean. Also liked that all bedrooms were on the 2nd floor and had a balcony. Having a private balcony for each bedroom would have been ideal.

The pics of the property are a bit deceiving. The exterior and infrastructure of the house is more outdated then the pics advertise. For example: the pool looks clean and new online, but upon arrival the pool was not clean, had missing tiles or the tiles were covered with rust. The other item I did not like was that the sliding screen doors upstairs and downstairs would frequently come off of the hinges when opened, so we just left them off. Last, but not least, we encountered roaches by the kitchen sink area and in the mud room downstairs 2 of the 3 nights we stayed.

The location, the beach, and overall the house was very good, kitchen was open and the gas stove worked well.large spacious fridge. There three large sliding doors on the first floor. It basically provided a full wall view of the beach. The same up stairs. Since the windows faced to the east we got the morning sun. Unfortunately there are no blackout curtains so the sun rose at 5:30 am and it is bright.

First a dishwasher should only be listed if it actually has the water hose hooked up, the can opener was broken and on our last day it rained. Resulting in a flooded balcony since the drain pipes were clogged. The outside stairs were rusting, which I get since it is so close to the beach. But better maintenance could prevent this.if you have children under 6 watch out for the stairs to the second floor, there is plenty of space for a child to fall through.

The house itself was clean and spacious and perfect for our two days trip.

i didn't feel the house was secure, inside security door didn't work, alarm system advertised didn't work, there is a stairs leading directly from the public beach all the way to the filthy roof top.

The house is beautiful!! We absolutely loved it!! The location was perfect!! We loved that there was a pool for our kids to use. It was a perfect stay. We will always see if this is available every time we come to Belize. Thank you for letting us stay in your home! It's gorgeous! :) Our favorite restaurant was at the Green Parrot Resort. Amazing staff & the best tasting food in that area. :)

Ladies coming right up to the house/pool area to sell products. That was a little much. We understand that the ladies selling bracelets, rings, necklaces want to make money. We did purchase some, but then they would send other friends to us every day. We did not appreciate that. They should not come up to the house.

Location was awesome

Small spiral staircases are difficult to maneuver with luggage, hard for old people to climb , and dangerous for toddlers..it is beautiful but hard to navigate
