Location is good. The place is huge. Good furniture and everything. Worthy sauna.

Location, host, size of apartment

No Air conditioner, can not open the windows properly to ventilate the rooms, noticable significant wear and tear.

The location is amazing, in the centre but relatively quiet during the night time. Lots of space and light. The bed sheets were crispy clean and white! The host was nice and welcoming.

Many appliances were not in a good condition(windows, shower head), had stains, worn out. Didn’t look like that in the pictures.

in a good location to get to various places such as the marina, old town and transport. spacious, and sauna is a bonus.

when we arrived there was food in the microwave, food left in the freezer which was also dirty. The tray in the oven was full of grease, with frying pans also in there, also full of oil/grease. The oven was also dirty. The blinds on the windows were broken and either didn’t go up or didn’t go down. there was mould in cups and really bad mould in the shower room. There was a light sticking out of the wall showing the wires…. however, even though I was so disappointed, the owner Dimitri was very apologetic and tried to resolve all issues the day after. He had a cleaner come round to clean things, although I had cleaned nearly everything myself… the dishwasher was in use quite a lot washing all the pots, dishes, cups, cutlery as I couldn’t use it before cleaning it myself based on what I had first found. not the first night in the apartment I had expected. Dimitri fixed the blinds.. although I think these are temp fixes using cable ties. The light was removed from the wall, bulbs which weren’t working were replaced. the only thing he couldn’t do was remove the mould out of the shower. As I felt uncomfortable using this with the mould I bought some mould remover from the supermarket and cleaned it myself. Once I had told Dimitri, he again apologised and paid for the cleaning product and gave me €40 euro for the inconvenience. if the apartment had looked like it did when I left it would have been a very good review, but I’m basing this on what I walked into.

Nice location near Nautica shopping mall with big Rimi supermarket, 5 min from Rotermanni quarter with shops and cafes, close to old town. Sauna was a nice extra. Comfortable bed and sofa bed, apartment well equipped.

In general very cosy and comfort. Great view when sky are cloudy. I enjoy the stay even the cons. Sunny side. Relatively clean. And life green flowers - lovely!)) Good parking. Good location.

The owner of ap. with grey sofa refuse to rent it for the low price I booked here. So my review is related to the ap with blue sofa. When it become sunny, place is hot, the condition is there, but the vent tube was broken, i repaired it.. But still hot in 14:00-18:00 hrs, the condition is not powerful enough. Kitchen needs general cleaning, especially exhaust system. Bad smell when throw the water to the stones in sauna, and some wooden plank should be placed back, lamp is not working, also a fresh air inlet should be in sauna (really important). Matress was too soft for us, 5/10 stiffness. Thin walls сould be with sound isolation. But still good place to stop!

The apartment was sparkling clean! The checkout was flexible and the location is just few minutes away from old town.
