Stunnig view, big Balcony, cosy flat!!! The owner is friendly and helpful. We had everything, what we needed: tasty coffee, super kitchen. The kitchen has even more to offer as just the basic essentiales. Special experience: the shower has a seeview!

The view was spectacular and the sunrise even better each morning. Amazing sea breeze and a great location between Monaco and Menton, which also has a lovely old town, not to mention a great boardwalk right along the sea side for several kms, great for walking and running. Lastly, but certainly not the least, there was a nice rose wine, waters, juice and Lemoncete chilling in the fridge upon arrival. Plus the pantry was stocked with pasta, sauce, crackers and there was fresh fruit and sweet delights. Nice touch, thank you Studio La Florentina!!

The only thing was the fact that there was no bedroom, you sleep on a pull out couch, in the living room, which I did not realize until my arrival. However, I will say that it was probably the most comfortable pull out couch I have ever slept on!! Also, there are no curtains on the wall of sliding doors/windows, in case you wanted to sleep past sunrise, but that's the beauty of this place, the sea view with a nice cup of coffee in the morning or anytime of day or night!

Everything was absolutly perfect. Wonderful seeview, the appartment was very well equipped. As a surprise there was fruit, cookies, tee, coffee, a bottle if wine, limoncelo, etc. Really amazing place. We recommend to all.

Our stay was outstanding, the apartment is in great location, the views were simply breathtaking, decor was fabulous, an extremely well equipped kitchen, the bed was very comfortable, wonderful shower, lovely linen. The owners were so accommodating nothing was a problem. Our best Booking.com yet. We highly recommended this property and will most definitely be returning
