In general the hotel has very nice facilites in the spa and for the fitness. The room itself was of a nice size, and you could see and feel that there has been made en effort to create a lifestyle hotel. The location is very good.

We had issues with our door to the balcony in the first room, where it could not close properly. Unfortunately we had to go to the reception twice before we were offered another room. We were also asked if we were sure, and if we could try and have another go at closing the door. For the price of the room, this is not what we would expect. In general, we felt like we were intervening, when contacting the reception. The room, we changed to, could not close the door to the toilet, and the room felt like it could use some maintenance and general upkeep. e.g. when taking a shower the water flooded to the rest of the room. The overall impression is that this is a hotel, which try to create a very nice lifestyle hotel, but is missing the final touch, maintenance and cordiality.

Possible to get a good night's rest. Room decor was very well-designed. Great location across from Trams 18 and 19, easy to get into town. Nice pool and sauna. Izakaya restaurant was also good.

Cleaning was inconsistent... a used coffee pod was placed back into a box next to new ones, and dinner napkins we did not use or even have were left strewn on a cushion (at least they were new). When we came back one day, the hallway area had more lint and dust left behind than before (not isolated to our room; the dust and the unvacuumed scenario was surprisingly everywhere in the hallway). On one of the days, for some reason, we did not receive two large bath towels for the room even though we booked for 2 people. Every day was a bit of a surprise, in that regard.

- The furniture was clean and new

-The staff isn’t that friendly. - I payed insurance when I arrived almost as much as I payed for my stay :) - 500 euros were stolen from the safety box on my room. - Payed 200 euros for car parking :) - Someone ate breakfast at the hotel and signed with my name and room number and that hotel was going to make me pay and I refused, also that’s private information no one should know it.
