Convenient location, near to local amenities. I wanted somewhere close to my relative, who lives nearby, and this was perfect. Nice, clean apartment. Instructions on how to use the air con, etc., were easy to follow.

Shower space was a little small for taller guests, but we managed.

It had 2 bathrooms, beds were comfortable, quiet neighborhood

I was lucky to have a car because is not anywhere near downtown or by a metro station. If you are a tourist I wouldnt recommend that area because is a little far from the main attractions. Not too many restaurants or shops nearby. The kitchen lacks utensils, cups and plates. there werent enough. No dishsoap or cleaning supplies

The place is very clean, nicely decorated with a functional fully equipped kitchen, except this is the first Airbnb that did not provide basics, such as salt, pepper, maybe sugar and oil. Water pressure in the shower is excellent. Wifi was very good. Ana was very fast in replying, so she was very accessible. We were 4 people, so we really appreciated having 2 bathrooms.

Location was not good for us. In the description it sounds like it's near the center. It's not. It's a very quiet isolated neighbourhood. Safe and very quiet. It's about 1 hour walk from the center, Plaza Espana. Metro is a 15 minute walk, bus is about 10 minute walk. We particularly like to be surrounded by coffee shops and restaurants near us, so that's why the location was a disappointment. It was just surrounded by apartments and little business around. We wouldn't stay here again because it was too far from the center. The place itself was very nice, small but pretty nice.

Nice apartment located in relative close distance from Madrid Centre. Neighborhood not the most nice, but the street where flat is located is quite and not unsafe. Flat itself was very clean.

Finding the location is difficult if you arrive by yourself by car, and parking in street is normally not possible while trying to get into flat to get keys to garage. Unless you are used to small parking areas (typical for Spain parking for flats) it is not recommended to use rental car if choosing this property,

We loved everything about this apartment-clean, comfortable, beautifully decorated, and safe. Great location-convenient to bus line. We enjoyed the corner store just a short walk away and open until midnight for snacks, water, wine, etc...Fabulous restaurants and bars within short distance. They also welcomed us with a bottle of wine which was greatly appreciated! Friendly, helpful staff for check in. Would highly recommend!
