The massages and spa facilities were fine and the masseuses were great. The bedrooms were fine and it was lovely to have a little outside sitting area. The restaurant staff were great.

I had booked massages and manicures on the morning of our arrival, but the staff booked it for the next day when we would be leaving. To be fair, I missed that in their reply email, but on arrival the reception staff were pretty disorganised and did not seem to have the authority to accommodate us and I had to ask for the manager, who was great and organised it for us. I asked for all charges to be billed to my room as I was treating my best friend, but the reception staff got that wrong as well. They seemed either pretty overwhelmed or not well trained.

Shower head was a bit faulty but was not a big issue. Nothing significantly negative to mention

The location is great for a restful trip. The lobby atrium is pretty, and the food at the restaurant was excellent. Rooms are cute, mattress is firm.

The staff at the restaurant provided very, very slow service. There is no air conditioning in winter (it is central; you can allegedly adjust how much warm air you want blowing in but cannot meaningfully set the temperature). The room has a patio so we left the door open at night to cool the room; unfortunately the lights outside are bright and cannot be turned off. Oh, and the shower drain didn't work and a 15 minute shower actually flooded the bathroom.

The hotel is aged, so are the rooms. The bathrooms need renovation. The walls and doors are wafer-thin.

the staff is super friendly, the atmosphere and smell of the place is out of this world and the breakfast is exactly what you need!

I didnt like that is located so remotely but this could be a good thing too sometimes.

We’ve been before but this time was even better. The room was very spacious and our massages were wonderful. The food is also amazing .

The electric in our room was a bit hit and miss- some plugs didn’t work and we weren’t given hand towels - just bath towels which we didn’t realise until this morning - but it wasn’t a huge issue.

The place to be lonely some evening. Good restaurant. Very friendly staff.

The room was lovely, bed was very comfortable and the shower was very good. The overall interior of the hotel is beautiful. One of my spa treatments (scrub with Konstantina) was absolutely wonderful. Some staff (eg. restaurant) were excellent - hospitable and helpful and made a real difference to the atmosphere. The food at lunch and dinner was very good.

The breakfast was a nice selection but the hot choices were actually cold, left out for hours with a long extinguished candle. One of my spa treatments (massage) was very poor. The welcome/check in and departure were not great. Upon arrival no information was given about the retreat regarding classes, things to do etc. Despite being obviously pregnant, I was not offered a seat, a cold drink or assistance with my very large bag. One of the staff was in the lobby shouting about the wi-fi (which wasn't working). Upon departure, I said goodbye twice to the reception staff as I left - both were playing on their phones and did not acknowledge me. The retreat also allows large groups and children. Although not an issue for normal hotels, for a relaxing retreat it doesn't really support a calm environment. It seemed like some guests were genuinely there to switch off whilst others behaved as if they were at an all inclusive package holiday in Ayia Napa.
