Lots of room for a large family gathering. Some really interesting features in the property. Wonderful pool and lovely gardens. Suzana’s friend Ari met us and we were able to check in at an earlier time than specified. Susana visited on our last evening and was most helpful in arranging transport to the airport for the following morning.

Hot water ran out when all wanted a shower after swimming.Access to the tower and half the accommodation was from outside which meant we were continually locking doors for safety.There was no internal staircase and although there was a lift it was not operational.

Beautiful, spacious and characterful villa with lovely outdoor space around an excellent pool with second garden kitchen for ease of food and drinks preparation by the pool. The villa is spotlessly clean and fully equipped with everything you could need including thoughtful touches like mosquito spray, pool towels and bottled water by our beds. Susana is the most helpful host who arranged our airport transfers and answered any queries very promptly. Nearby the villa are excellent local restaurants and a large supermarket and it is an easy walk to the marina area of Palma.

The location is perfect. We walked an e-scootered all weekend into Palma town and along the coast with ease.

Unfortunately there were roadworks right outside the villa which involved new tarmac being laid all day on the first day. This was clearly not the fault of the owner though and so not representative of the quality of the property or service. And for any future bookings you can be safe in the knowledge that you won’t have more road works because they have just done it! Plus you’ll have a lovely smooth road outside I guess :)

We had an excecllent long week end at the Villa. The host was amazing, waiting for us to give us the key and show us the property. The house is huge, we were 2 families both with toddlers and we had enough space to feel confortable and enjoy the swimming pool and nice terraces. The location is perfect, we were here only for a week end, so we did not rent a car but took the bus ( very close to the house) to go to the beach ( Illetes or Cala Major) or to Palma Center. We will come back for sure!

This was much more than we could expect - from the host and the location! The host is superb! Very friendly, speaks German and English, took the time to show us the villa, explain many details, helped to find important facilities such as a supermarket (Mercadona which is around the corner) and restaurants. And the villa itself - extraordinary! Spacious, fancy, stylish, close to the harbour (paseo maritimo), in vicinity of everything that you need for an excellent holiday. We'll come again!

Nothing to complain - except that we didn't have more time to stay longer ;-)
