Excellent!! Perfect inside and out.

Property verry acceptable, good location, good stay but i got a 4am text that woke me up to give me the check in door code… right before my long vacation drive, I could have used a few more hours of sleep, not good business!

Our stay at Folly Beach was fabulous. Location, location, location ! We had great access to the beach, could see the beach & the pier from our balcony, see the pier lite up at night from our main bedroom & enjoyed live music from our balcony without going anywhere. We had a great stay during our week at this condo. The location was great because it was within walking distance to several restaurants. It is also very close to the pier. The only bad thing about this condo was the door to get in. It is extremely difficult to open and needs to be replaced. We would stay here again though in the future.

We lived being on Folly Beach, but having the great historical city of Charleston nearby.

We visited for a business meeting and enjoyed the stay very much. It is on the third floor and the stairs are right at the condo door. We used the stairs a good bit it was a short distance to the elevator but there is one. Great view of the pier and the beach. Within walking distance to shops and restaurants.

On the beach. Clean and spacious. Only slight issue was slow elevator at times. But that is minor! Really recommend this place!

We had a wonderful trip! The property was larger than we expected. It had everything we needed and was right on the beach. We will definitely stay there again!

Good size for our group of 8. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen stocked well. Close to pier beach and great little grill LoggerHeads across street. Could use some TLC it's an older property.

Great condo - had great room for 4 people working / part time vacation. Only things that would have made it greater would have been a desk in one room but used the walk in closet as a standing desk- worked great Water very slow out of refrig (maybe needs a new filter). Ice maker nice! Would definitely recommend and come again!

The location was amazing. The unit was not as nice as we were expecting. We had to have them come and clean again before we were comfortable using the showers. They happily came and addressed the problem. The view from the balcony is a parking lot of the hotel next door. You can see the beach and pier. Overall the property was outdated. We loved the location and the area.

We had a great time, and the property is really nice. Great location and nice views. My only negative comment is for the bed in the master bedroom. It probably needs to be replaced soon. Otherwise, everything was nice!

Everything was nice and close to everything. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Bathrooms need more cleaning. Sink and tub did not drain.

Perfect location for beach and downtown Folly. Park the car and walk for a week. Accommodations are nice and they help with those little things we forget to bring.(Crock pot and blender, thank goodness for the first trash bag).

We really enjoyed the condo and the beach. Great location! Walking distance to everything. The condo was very clean, comfortable, and had a well equipped kitchen. We would definitely book again!

The property was as advertised in regards to location and there was room for all 6 of us. The issues we had was that their was only one very slow elevator to get our luggage up and down and it was very hard to find a cart to assist in moving our luggage. We were not impressed by the cleaning crew. While we were required to remove all our sheets and towels and place them in bags upon departing. This would not have been a big ask if the cleaning crew had done a better of job of actually cleaning the condo before our arrival. We have stayed in many high end condo’s over the year and the cleanliness of this condo was not up to the level we would expect considering the price we paid to stay there for a week. Other than the fact my wife and daughter cleaned the floors and washed a few dirty kitchen utensils right after we arrived. The overall stay was comfortable and we enjoyed visiting the area.

We enjoy tea in the morning (after the sunrise on the beach - no view from the balcony) and cards and wine in the early evening on the balcony - which is in the shade, just not a great view - but is good for a quick vacation. The layout (as we knew) was large for the two of us and worked well. No issues with the property maintenance. This is not our first time using this complex and prefer an ocean facing property and will book again for quick (2 to 3 day) get aways.

We had to be in a more crowded area which took away from the fact the villa has beach front space for guest. It would be nice to have a partnership with one of the rental companies on the beach to allow them to set up on the beach in front of the villas for visitors flying in who are unable to bring their own. There isn't much of a noise barrier, to no fault of the condo owners, so we heard every noise the folks above us made late in to the night. Otherwise, we had a great stay and enjoyed our first trip to Folly Beach.

Can't get any closer to beach! Great for walking, running, bikes, surfing, and a swim. Great condo, gated parking. Would return to explore more of the area. A few good restaurants in walking distance. Loggerheads, Rita's, and Lost Dog . Bert's grocery if you need a few items.

Overall as had wonderful stay. We did not have any problems with the condo, it was clean, the view & location was great.
