The location is close to the center and not to far of the ferry. Staff is friendly.

The rooms are outdated and there was mold in the AC and on the walls. I think the price is too high for what you get. The staff tried to help quickly which was good but unfortunately other rooms had mold too.

The staff was so friendly and welcoming. We moved to this hotel after a bad experience at another hotel, so we were worried. But they went above and beyond our expectations, even though we didn't tell them we had issues at our previous hotel. Small things, like telling us we could pay in Pesos the next day instead of taking our US cash at check-in (saving us about $30) meant so much. The rooms are comfy and clean. The cleaning staff is friendly. The manager even greeted us to help us with the taxi when we left even though it was an hour before the office typically opens and we didn't expect to see her. I would stay here again.

During the rainy season, the street has pot holes. This is NOT an issue for the local taxis, and you are just half a block from the main road. It's only an issue with a stroller, but we managed just fine. I would not let this stop me from booking here, even in the rainy season.

Maybe we were just little unlucky... :-( there was now water in entire hotel and the stuff did nothing about that. They even didn't warn us when we checked in!!! After our huge complaints we got a bucket with water. They told us to clean and then they came back and took the bucket away!!!! It is very uncomfy, if you come from the beach and you cannot even get cleaned from the send! And the next day the electricity wasn't working. It was all very unpleasant. We are not so fancy travelers, but we need basic things like water and electrics. Even worse when you suddenly see the lady from the reception with washed hair....??!!!

The staff was friendly and accommodating. The hotel was close to everything. It was exceptional clean and quiet. We forgot some things in the room; they stored for us until we were able to retrieve it.

Great location, around a 5 minute walk to the beach and centro. Staff were extremely helpful - I had to catch the 0630 ferry on my check out day and they helped organise me a taxi. I booked this hotel on the day of checking in after having an awful stay in my original accommodation. The staff were so accommodating, finding me a room, helping me find a working ATM, cleaning my room etc. This is a great no-frills property. In my opinion, you don’t need anything more than a basic, clean room on Holbox - too much to see and do on the island. As a solo traveller, I felt safe and looked after.

Water and electricity can be temperamental - but that goes for all of Holbox and is not the hotels fault! The hotel ask that you pay in cash upon arrival, which would normally be fine but I was already on the island and ATMs are hard to come by on Holbox. Luckily the staff helped locate me a working ATM.

The location was great and the layout of the hotel was comfy. I like how the main entrance is open. The room was spacious enough for two and the furnishings were comfortable.

They charged more per person and we were a couple. It was odd because that's never happened to me before via Booking. I mean, a room can hold two people usually and so I don't know why they had to charge extra for my partner. The price jumped substantially with two people instead of one.

The location is great, close to the ferry and close to all the restaurants and beach but in a side street so you don’t hear too much street noise. The room was nice and the bed comfortable. The staff was very friendly.

The bathroom wasn’t clean, there were a lot of dead ants/small flies behind the toilet and underneath the sink and there was mold on the ceiling. Also all the rooms face the courtyard so you hear everyone coming in and out which isn’t the beast if you’re a light sleeper

After some rainy days the street was unwalkable, it was very difficult to get to the hotel with our suitcases. Of course this is not the hotel's fault.

Good quite location, good price, rooms, comforts, staff very helpful...Everything was perfect. Nice facilities before the reception, where you can sit and enjoy the cafe/tea which is provided for free.
