My husband, kids (ages 10 and 7), and I stayed at this cabin for 6 nights/7 days. The cabin is comfortable, clean, charming, easily accessible to Lake Winnisquam, shopping essentials, and many of NH's best sites. We had a wonderful time and having this lovely home-base to return to at the end of a day of sight seeing or space to spend the day relaxing, was perfect. Best of all was the owner, Adelaide, and her pup, Caly. Adelaide was quickly responsive to all of my correspondence leading up to our stay and checked in with us during our stay. She demonstrated the perfect balance of attentive while giving us space to enjoy her cabin. My family and I are grateful for such a lovely vacation.

We have been renting this cabin for years and it never disappoints. It has everything you will need for a relaxing vacation. From fans to dishes silverware cups ice maker and margaritaville machine your good to go from when you step through the door. There’s Wi-Fi a great tv and large family room for entertainment on rain days as well as endless shopping nearby. There is a canoe, great beach, unbeatable water and raft to swim to on sunny days. The cabin is tastefully decorated always comfortable with plenty of seating for a large family and extremely clean. We have never had an issue after many years of renting, this is truly a hidden gem we are grateful for!

Great place to stay right on the lake. The cottage was clean and the layout was perfect for two small families to have their own spaces. The best part was being right on the lake with a dock to put the boat.

We have been staying at this cabin every Labor Day weekend for a decade and it never ceases to amaze us!!! It’s constantly being updated and well taken care of. Great place to relax by the lake and enjoy the surrounding areas.

We all loved our stay in this quaint cabin. We had a private beach shared only with a few owners. Overall a relaxing and refreshing vacation for our entire family.

Well laid out and clean , everything thing you could need to cook . Nice screened porch for family game time .Great beach and wonderful lake to kayak. Even the internet was great if you need to keep up with the outside world . Owner very responsive to any questions..

This Cabin is the highlight of our large family’s yr. The cabin has plenty of room and entertainment for rain days and the beach and lake is beautiful on sunny days. It is the perfect getaway but still being close to everything you could ever want as far as shopping restaurants and entertainment. The cabin is always immaculate and check in is a breeze you couldn’t get a better host! We look forward to the next year the day we’re leaving and probably everyday in between. Thank You

Just what we were looking for.

Comfortable cabin with a short downhill walk to a great private beach and dock.

Did not disappoint. First time back in 7 years and everything felt the same. Some updates on the cabin, but not too much to change the old feel. Great getaway cabin. Private beach is a definite plus! Felt like we returned home after a long trip. Renting was easy, contacting owner brought a quick response. Totally enjoyed our stay. I personally recommend this cabin. Tons to do in the area as well

We had a wonderful week, loved the cabin; it was very peaceful and relaxing. Not a fan of Roku TV because we couldn’t watch the Red Sox but everything else was great. Would definitely stay there again!

This was our second time renting from Adelaide. Cottage is perfect for a lake get away for our family. Relaxing and quiet cove without a lot of boat traffic.

We had a great time! House was clean and plenty large enough for my family of 6. The beach was clean, water was clear and yard was nice and large. Close enough to lots of things to do. Very quiet and peaceful. Would definelty visit again!

The cabin had everything we needed, even a good size pot for lobsters! The lake was beautiful and very clean, and it was great unwinding by the fireplace after we put the baby to bed👍👍

This is a great spot, the cabin is big and we had plenty of room to spread out and relax. The private beach was immaculate including the sand being raked which was like the freshly raked infield of a professional baseball stadium or perfectly groomed ski mountain. Water was crystal clear with a gradual slope which is perfect for young kids. All in all this spacious cabin was just what the doctor ordered, and did I mention the wifi was fast and flawless, this was important because I had to work one of the days and after swimming all day, relaxing with a movie on the flat screen at night was awesome and the streaming television services worked great!! Definitely will be back

My family of 4 visited the property and lake for the first time last week. We were extremely happy with the experience. Communication from the Adelaide was excellent from the first inquiry through just days before our stay (a 6 month period and numerous points of communication). This made the things very clear. When we arrived the cottage was clean and orderly. Enough space for all or our needs. The lake was a short distance away. The cove was quiet all week. Being able to bring my boat and leave it on the dock all week was an additional bonus. The only downside was the restriction on guests due to the pandemic, but it's hard to voice concerns about a small inconvenience when you still get to enjoy a week of vacation. We will definitely be back.

This house was perfect for what we needed. We went there to ride highlands mountain bike park and took some days off, this place was perfect to have as our home base. We grilled, we jumped in the lake, we hung out on the porch playing cards, we made a fire. The host was very responsive to any questions we had. If this place is open for the dates you need, consider yourself lucky. Thanks again for everything, hope we'll be back soon.

Would recommend this cabin. Close to the waterfront and plenty of restaurants and stores nearby if needed.

Having an ankle injury I had to really watch my step with the above ground tree roots,,one canoe and no kayak,bed sizes not right???,plenty of kitchen supplies...

We loved where we were. We had water views and a short walk to the private beach. Cottage was very clean and set up was great. Everything is near for stores especially the outlets. Would highly recommend!

We had a delightful time over the Fourth of July. The kids happily enjoyed the beach and we were able to rent a boat for a couple of days and the host helped us reserve a spot on the wharf. We were thankful for lovely weather and fans in windows! Found a laundromat in town and had our clothes and such washed and folded in one day. Thanks for everything!

We have been renting this cabin for years now and it does not disappoint! It has everything you would want from a cabin in NH and then some including modern amenities like smart tvs with WiFi for rainy days and an ice maker in the beautiful fridge. The 2 bathrooms make it easy for larger family’s and between the serene beach, crystal clear water and canoe included with the cabin your family will not be bored. Decor in the cabin in second to none so if you’re into interior decorating it feels like Chip and Joanna Gaines put there stamp on it. The fire pit has all the room and chairs for everyone to give you the true NH vacation. This makes this the best week of the year for my family and I’m sure yours too!
