Very bad hotel, they are cheaters. They just put up discounted prices and then when you go they say no rooms available and then after some time they say guest room available but at a higher price do you want it. Yesterday they did that for us and today they have done the same for another lady. On booking it was 413 and they charged us 1200 and when we asked for bill they said we will not give since using the bill you will complaint against us.

The manager is totally a fraud. I have not seen a cheater like him in my entire life. First he did not accepted my booking and charged extra money. After paying extra money he given me non ac room, after claiming ac room he again demanded extra money which was double the total booking amount . Hence I had to reduce my stays so that I can manage an ac room. The room was not clean , basic amenities like towels and glasses were not there. For every little single thing rhe manager use to demand extra money even he was too arrogant and kept my extra money for water and did not provided the invoice after asking so many times.

I didn’t check in the booking that i have made from your application as the hotel receptionist told there are no rooms available with that price. So we had to book another room with higher price. And i have not received the refund till now. Power got disconnected at 3am and in called he told there is no generator so we had to be in there for 2hrs without electricity. Worst customer service from booking.com they will never help you on this situation. Customer service people will put you in hold and they will cut the call, this happens to me when I called them regarding refund.

They took extra 1500 rs to stay and told that booking from website is a fake process Not provided breakfast as it was included in the booking

Had a trauma and totally frustrating day in this property. Rooms are not clean at all. Very bad and they charge 1000 for 2 hours of stay. Quarrel with them. I would recommend everyone not to go to this property.

Please don't try this hotel when you seen either OYO or BOOKING.COM. He will ask you more money after you arrived. If there is minus mark definitely I should given that one.. One word to say about this hotel : 420.

In the Booking website it shows 400 Rs. But when I went to the Hotel they asked me to pay an extra 1200Rs. If you ask like this, please mention it on the Booking website itself as 1600Rs. Why are cheating people like this. Booking website admin please look into this issue. Many hotels cheat people like this only.

It's sharing room 3 person each 600 Rs total Rs 1800..not accepting Oyo rate and booked privately with high tarrif...it's almost fraud in name of Oyo they r doing...
