The property was good, in all ways. Couldn't really fault it. There were some really nice touches, and a lot of thought had gone into making it feel like home and making us feel welcome. The owner was very friendly and knowledgeable.

Annex was fabulous..... Welcome pack and directions to property were great. Host was discreet but there to help if needed, but gave you your privacy. Location very central if you can drag yourself out of the annex. Bed very comfy. 😊

Absolutely everything. As soon as we arrived we felt like we were part of the family. Everything in the apartment was top quality and it was so very comfortable. The hosts couldn't do enough to welcome us

The location was easy to find due to the directions sent to me from the owners The place was spotless everything you needed was there including tea coffee fruit milk and even some chocolates very thoughtful .The owners (Jan & Paul ) were very friendly and helpful pointing out things to do and places to go. Now we have found it we will certainly be going again

Couldn't fault a thing

Most welcoming! The accommodation was perfect for my wife and I. Quiet, but walking distance to pub and shop. Accommodation had everything we needed. Would thoroughly recommend it

It was self-catering, which suited us, and was very well equipped. Small but quite big enough for two and the furniture and fittings were all very good. The location was easy to find and access, and had a garage and shop nearby. The hosts were very friendly and left us milk, tea and coffee, and a bowl of fruit, Excellent

It was self catering which we prefer the owner Jan met us when we arrived and showed us around the property. Jan is a lovely lady and she was full of knowledge about surrounding area very interesting. Will definitely go back to stay again but next time take our grandchildren because the area surrounding the property is gorgeous loads of room for children to play. We felt very comfortable there and made very welcome with fruit biscuits and chocolates waiting for us also milk for a lovely cup of tea/coffee. Easy parking close to the Annexe just a brilliant place to stay. The bed was so comfy with brand new mattresses best sleep I have had in a long while

In this superb self catering Annexe, all the facilities were of a high standard. The place felt homely, and the host welcomed us with a smile. There was a basket of fruits and biscuits left on our table. The attention to detail was impressive.

Absolutely perfect for us! An exceptionally high standard of self-catering accommodation in a central location for exploring Somerset and Devon. So happy to have stumbled across this little gem. Privacy, clean had all we needed

In short, we liked just about everything! Accomodation much more spacious than expected with separate ktchen and bedroom area screened from lounge. Felt more like a one bed bungalow. Modern and very clean with dishwasher, microwave etc. Convenience shop at petrol site about 10 minutes walk away. Plenty to see and do within 30 to 45 minutes by car. Hosts were very helpful, friendly and accessable and live next door so there if we needed anything but we had plenty of privacy. Outside secluded table and chairs. Easy off road parking.

Very minor things that did not detract from a brilliant holiday :TV adequate but smaller than I'm used to and not ideal for watching sport. Also, no area information in property but I suspect this was because of COVID. Easy to resolve by internet which always worked very well.

Very spacious, comfortable bed, really nice kitchen and bathroom very clean and quiet location.

The accommodation was excellent, with everything you could need for a short stay. Complimentary shower gel and shampoo as well as fruit, biscuits, tea and milk. All a lovely touch. Jan couldn't do enough to help, even before we arrived she was in regular contact to ensure our needs were met and that we'd find it easily. Very friendly family, very attentive and made sure our stay was a pleasant one. We'd definitely stay again!
