The only positive was the location.

The apartment is in pretty bad shape. There are literarily wholes throughout the wooden floor, the walls are covered in wallpaper which was peeling off and behind you can notice the walls are covered in mold. It's a very old building so in the mornings you can hear everything surrounding the unit. You will hear your neighbor's every move.

Close proximity to everything. Easy check-in process. comfortable beds.

squeaky floors would wake a light sleeper but didn’t bother us.

smack right in the middle of were we wanted to be Plaza Mayor.

Great location, nice rooms with good facilities. Nice lighting and comfortable beds. The hosts were responsive when we locked ourselves out late one evening.

Not much natural light since the rooms faced an interior courtyard. We had trouble once with the electric key but it was our fault since our son unplugged the internet connection, but in the future a better explanation of this would be good since it is new to most travelers.

Lovely apartment, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Great location beside the Mercado de San Miguel and Plaza Mayor with lots of restaurants and bars. Madflats extremely helpful especially when our transfer to airport fell through, they organised a pickup for us at short notice. Excellent service, will definitely stay again.

Melissa the Assistant lady was great . The team response & assist very fast. our request for a late check-out was approved at no fee. Inside the apartment was neat and clean . Kitchen set was modern and equipped with all that we expected. We will come again on our next visit !!!!

the elevator is too small for occupancy , Outside and front view of the building looks old outside but inside the apartment is super clean and nice with modern facilities.

Perfect Location, next to the Food Market and a short distance to Sol (Shopping District) and Madrid Palace. Apartment was nice with a good shower. Staff sorted any issues pretty immediately

We did have a small leak from the apartment above but staff were quick to assist and got sorted straight away

The apartment was even nicer than the images. Restaurants and bars all around, great atmosphere. Kids loved the TV's and Netflix when we got back at night after a full day exploring. Everything you need is on your doorstop. Shower was lovely! Location superb. Check in easy.
