The owners are great people.

No tv in room or cable.

Customer service was really bad since the beginning the owner wanted to charge me extra 600 pesos so we can have 1 private bathroom and always saying you deal with booking not with me wanted to pay thru booking n paid her full amount on her personal account. Ofcourse because she knew once I cancel thru booking she will keep partial payments plus full amount n extra 600 pesos on her account. Also she question me a lot about car kids age not given exact age o the kids etc etc she I was on a hurry to find find a room to spend the night. My total group was 7 and the family room was 9 so what’s the big deal about the age. Poor customer service very rude n no kindness for people at all.

no service of shuttle to the airport 23minutes from the airport without trafic the adress isn’t good, difficult to find they don’t speak English they cancel me by phone last minute because I didn’t find the hotel and they can’t help it’s not an hotel

Such a filthy dirty place. Bedbugs and fleas in the bed. All over blood patches on the white duvet cover. I left the place with swollen bug bites all over my body. They also gave me the loudest room window facing to the street, when they have so many other rooms.. Bathroom walls covered with black mold. Horrible place! Dont waste your money going there.
