Room furnitures and appliances too old and no working. Breakfast time close too early and it was very poor in quality

Not enough food, when I finished my breakfast I saw customers that could not get served because staff was running out of food. Also the a/c in the first room did not work, so they gave me a new room but then the remote control for the TV did not work and I had to have it changed at the reception. At the end I had a room with everything working.

- Room not ib the good shape (cellar of the bathroom) - No working Wi-Fi : no solution offered -At the moment to pay, they use their own money convertion rate (obviously higher than the international one of the day or days before...) - windows very thin and loud neigbourhood

I was harassed by the check in lady … the morning after I stayed while having breakfast … said I didn’t pay for my room and demanded me pay $1000 pesos more

disorganized checking took 30 mins with no one in line.

WiFi is good for my computer 💻, cellphone 📱 and tablet 😀

Food is basic.

The Hotel wasn‘t clean. The foccet didn’t work and there were holes in the bathroom tiles. The dinner and breakfast did not look particularly appetizing and thats why we didn’t it eat it. The blanket didn’t have a cover. All in all an uncomfortable experience.

The staff was flexible with my check-out time. The cooks were friendly and helped me choose food even without me speaking Spanish.

The room is extremely dark with one very small window. The balcony was full of water from the AC. There is no nice view, just the main street. This also makes the location extremely loud. Queues in the kitchen might get too long and only for one cook it's just impossible to serve everyone fast enough. The hotel is quite far from the town center.

Food. It wasn’t good at all. Nor the breakfast birthed the dinner.

We stayed here for a weekend and let me tell you it was more than enough. We enjoyed the stay a lot. They were friendly and welcoming. As for our room, it was very small and kind of stuffy. The bathroom looked fairly remodeled but the toilet was lacking water to flush. It was really annoying having to wait to until the water filled back up. The wifi was surprisingly VERY GOOD! i think it was due to no one staying there and because we had a wifi box right in our room. The food was DELICIOUS and the cooks cater to you! If you meed/want someone in specific they can cook it for you (obviously if they have the materials available). Overall great stay and I would come back if I am ever in need of a one night stay in a really cheap place.

Everything was perfect except for the Hot Water... The friendly staff made it FANTABULOSO
