The location of the apartment is in walking distance to the high street and center of Slough. The street and neighborhood is quiet.

The big surprise is that the "One bedroom central Slough with parking" had a single review of "10" without any comment !!! I completed the reservation with booking.com and paid in full as usual. Only after Free Cancellation time, when no refund option exist any more, a bombardment of messages sent in 24 hours and the last few included an aggressive and threatening message that will not be able to check-in unless will follow the AirHost/SuperHog link verification providing Full Passport Details and Copy, Address Details, Shelf Photo and Credit card details requesting a Damage Deposit of £500 in case of damages during our stay or payment of a non refundable insurance fee of £35. As customer I was locked with a booking that is paid in full with no Free Cancellation any more and a request to follow their verification link and pay the Deposit or will NOT receive check-in instructions. As Bookings.com customer for more 15 Years is the first time that I face this unacceptable service and treatment. Therefore i had no option....!!! The apartment is at the back of the property below ground level. The entrance door full of dry leaves from last winter and door frame, walls, ceiling spider webs of months. The condition of the property not as pictures. Extremely bad smell and dirty furniture. Pieces of dirt/hair on floor and food crumbs under the sofas. Damaged chair, bin, window handles, fridge, toilet roll stand. When the toilet was flushed water leaking on floor. The kitchen oven and fridge was not used due to the filthy condition. The vacuum cleaner dirt/dust container was completely blocked and full. And the most important a single pair of sheets and towels available for 9 nights. Our customer experience, arrival and stay at "One bedroom central Slough with parking" proved that was a big mistake and our greatest disappointment This was our worst accommodation choice.

The bed lenins/pillow covers were not provided. Previous stay bed & pillow covers were dumped into a bin bag on the bed room. The washing machine was dirty. The double bed was no match with the picture given in advertisement. It was a iron bed of very poor quality. Rest were ok.
