50th wedding anniversary and 73rd birthday with 7 family members. Plenty of room and accommodations like being at home. Steps from the beach and great views from large balcony, especially sunsets. When not on beach the young ones were at the pool. Really couldn't ask for more.

We had a great time! We loved the floor plan, it was decorated perfectly and we loved the balcony. The only small down side was the price for parking, 80 dollars to park our car and a rental for the kids seemed a little high, but a great trip

This was a wonderful location! The condo was big enough to host six adults with plenty of space. Food and activities are close to activities. The pictures are actually what this condo looks like! The patio allows for amazing views from the front and side. The condo is well equipped and is clean. I highly recommend and plan to return!

We had a wonderful stay at this resort, none of us were ready to leave on check out day! The condo was clean, spacious and the view was absolutely beautiful!

We enjoyed our stay very much and definitely plan to visit again next year. The property was exactly as advertised and conveniently located with beachfront access and Pier Park nearby. Definitely recommend this Winter Getaway!

We had so much fun at Tidewater Resort. We had a girls getaway weekend. The corner room had an amazing view. With 3 bedrooms plus a bunk bed and 3 bathrooms too. we had no trouble accommodating our large group. All of the employees were fun and bent over backwards to help us. The management company was incredible to work with too. Use High Tide Florida!! They are the reason we had such a great experience. We will definitely use them again.

The condo was very nice and spacious. The sheets in the primary bedroom were not clean but after reaching out to the property manager, she responded immediately and even bought brand new sheets to the condo. The primary bedroom also does not have access to the balcony. Over all the stay was wonderful. I would recommend this property.

Overall an amazing property, great views and a beautiful condo. The only downsides we experienced was the P2, P3 and P4 elevator access was closed which was horrible for loading and unloading. There was also construction but did not impact the quality of our stay. Overall a wonderful stay and experience!!

Enjoyed our stay. Some road construction and building repair work but that didn’t hinder our time together. December is a quiet time at PCB. Some favorite restaurants were closed for the season but enjoyed having less crowds .

We loved everything about this beautiful condo. The views are unmatched from the condo and balcony. The condo is well equipped with anything you could need. Exceptionally clean. If there is anything that could be improved it would be to have a few rugs when you come into the unit or by the beds to brush the sand off. Hope to stay again soon

The condo was absolutely gorgeous! Amazing decor! Everything was just as shown and very well stocked. The area is nice and not as busy for families. The owner was great to work with! We enjoyed our vacation and will definitely stay here again!

This was the nicest condo that our family has ever stayed in. Very nicely decorated, equipped with most anything you need and very clean. It has a very cozy atmosphere as well. We will definitely be back. The beach was not crowded either and was very relaxing. We give our experience a 2 thumbs up!

Very spacious. There were 3 of us & we each had our own bed & bath. Gorgeous view from den where I sat enjoying a lot of the time. Close to restaurants & shops. Best VRBO so far & I’ve enjoyed 5 over the past 21/2 years.

The condo is beautiful! Lots of space. Met my 2 siblings and their spouses for a vacation together for the first time in 38 years. They all loved it.

This has been one of the most beautiful places we've stayed at. Very roomy. The views are breathless. I love how it's close to the garage. We did enjoy having security on the premises so we didn't worry about our vehicles or our own safety being 7 girls and no men. We will definitely be returning again.

Very spacious condo with fantastic views. The beds were very comfortable. Only minor issues was there was only one roll toilet paper in each bathroom and a few stains on the beding and sheets. We would rent again.

Absolutely beautiful here!

The condo was great, really pretty and well decorated, it did need more utensils, there were only 4 or 5 forks which we would quickly go through, had to buy plastic ones, also the kitchen needs more wash rags and hand towels, there was only on of each. I did let the cleaning person know the dishwasher looked to be on it's last leg, she said they thought it was about to go out. I would also like to add that the showers didn't get hot enough, I like to take a hot shower, the one in master bathroom only got lukewarm at best. Otherwise the condo was very nice and we liked the location of the Palazzo.

The area for the condo was great and the views as well! Everything was just as expected!

The unit itself is beautifully decorated. The view is spectacular and the beach was not crowded. Our plane landed early, so we spent about 4 hours killing time until we could check in at 4 pm. The cleaning lady sent us a text to ask for more time to unclog a drain and finish cleaning the floors. We had a trunk full of groceries that needed to be refrigerated so we were only able to give her an extra 15 minutes. On arrival, we opened the door to find a pile of dirty laundry in the entryway, a mop in the sink, trash piled up to be taken out, in a couple of kids making themselves at home on the couch what would be my daughter's guest bed. I realized that she was working as fast as she could, but it was not a good first impression. She was rushing to finish so I knew the cleaning job was not going to be very detailed. We found dirt in the master shower, sand on the floor, a stain on the desk chair upholstery, and a strong smell of urine in the bathroom. We had bought Clorox wipes so we just re-cleaned everything ourselves. The first time I had to cook a meal, I realized many of the dishes and silverware were dirty. I think someone may have unloaded the dishwasher thinking they were clean. Two cutting boards in a drawer next to the sink had an overwhelming smell of stinky cheese. We did not open that drawer again. If it were not for the cleaning issues I would give this five stars because it is a truly beautiful condo and the view is superb. However, since part of the fee included a $200 cleaning charge I expected a better experience.

The condo where we regularly stay was booked this year so we had to find a new location. Well, it was a blessing in disguise. The Palazzo is our new favorite vacation condo for PCB. It is beautiful, comfortable and well stocked. We highly recommend this condo. The parking was a bit tight in the garage. However, we became comfortable doing it and it wasn’t a big deal. There was also parking across the street. That would be the only negative thing I have to say and that wouldn’t change it to a 4 star. It’s a complete 5 star.

The best condo we’ve stayed at.

Perfect location in PCB. The condo was immaculate, and the view incredible. It had everything we could have needed. The beachfront of this property was not overly crowded like some of the beaches we visited. I would definitely recommend this home to friends and family.

There was 11 of us and the condo was very spacious! Looks bigger in person than in pictures. The views from it was amazing! Very fast response rate! Definitely will book again!

We have stayed at a number of condos in the Panhandle as well as in the Tampa/St. Pete area over the last 12 years or so, and Palazzo 208 was the best one yet. Seriously, this condo is every bit as good as advertised. For the first time ever, the condo actually was better than we thought it would be based upon the pictures. When the worst aspect of a condo is the tightness of the parking garage, you know it's a good stay! Here are the many positives we noted: * The condo is VERY spacious! * The three bedrooms, each with their own full bathrooms, are spaced far apart and give everyone their privacy when needed or wanted. * The balcony is amazing, including the high quality furniture that most condos don't provide. Unfortunately we only got one good sunset due to clouds, but it was our last evening and was well worth the wait! It was a bit weird that the master bedroom didn't have direct access to the balcony, but the view was amazing to wake up to each day! * The kitchen was very well stocked with utensils, silverware, dishes, cookware, etc. And the refrigerator is very nice for a rental. * The owners provide beach chairs that are pretty nice, although we had our own. Plus, you get a two chairs and an umbrella at the beach. Don't hesitate to ask them to reposition your umbrella so that it provides shade for the lounge chairs, if you want that. The owners also provide a cart with oversize tires for taking things to the beach if you want to do so. We did not do that, because we just came back to the condo for lunch and/or refills. * Getting to the beach and the pool was very easy. They do take the wristband and drink policies seriously at the pool, but that made for a great pool experience. * Many things are very close to the condo--various grocery options, Pier Park, various restaurants, etc. * The condo was very clean upon our arrival. * The firmness of the master bedroom's bed had been noted by other guests, and we noticed it for sure. But we also normally sleep on a Sleep Number. All in all, the bed was comfortable, and the master bedroom was spacious. The master bathroom was very nice too. * The contactless check-in was great Sure, we had to remember a garage code and a condo code, but that was easy. As you can see, we really enjoyed this condo. If we need three bedrooms in that area again, we will try to rent this condo again for sure. We honestly cannot imagine finding something that size that we would enjoy more. Great stay!!!
