This VRBO was excellent! If you want to stay somewhere that is within walking distance to eateries, shopping and hiking, this is the place for you! Beds were comfortable with different types of pillows to choose from and the place was clean. After a big day of hiking, it was great to come back to relax in the hot tub and a crackling fire in the fireplace. I would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Sedona!

We enjoyed staying at Quitetude! The location cannot be beat, you’re so close to uptown but also in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. We went to the Grand Canyon, Slide Rock, hiked Brin’s Mesa (basically almost in your backyard!), and more. Everywhere you look the views are amazing. An absolute blast! The hot tub is an added bonus. Thank you!

We had a great time staying at this house. It was my wife and our 7 month old son. The host is very accommodating and helped us out with our babyquip rental. We enjoyed the location and found the house well stocked and very comfortable!

We were thrilled to see the location of this beautiful home. The views were exceptional from both front and back! We instantly felt comfortable, welcome and right at home, especially since they welcomed our beloved pet as well. The home was clean with plenty of towels, TP and paper towels. We cooked in and found the beautiful kitchen lacked for nothing. We would definitely stay again. A coffee table would be nice, but we managed just fine using the ottoman!

Loved the serenity, 360 degrees mountain views and cleanliness of property both in and out. Outdoor patio under trees was a highlight during evenings, especially with the sunset so beautifully highlighting the colorful red rock views. Jacuzzi was clean and serenely allocated. All the home's amenities were easily accessible and abundant. Kitchen stocked with all the necessary cutlery, crockery and tools. Refrigerator and microwave were spotless, usually a tell-tale sign of a quick clean at other properties, but not so here. Garage was clean and open, easily able to fit a SUV, which with the storms during the summer is a safer option. Uptown easily accessible, many great restaurants and eateries in close proximity - Elote and The Hudson. Management at the Red Rocks Realty was informative and yet not overbearing. AC very efficient, fans throughout made for pleasant indoor temperatures. Pet friendly yard with squirrel entertainment on demand for the furry ones. Yard spotless and no sign of prior pet occupation. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay will be back soon to end a day in the gentle breeze under the rustling leaves admiring the serenity and peacefulness of the tranquil neighborhood.

Our family of four had an INCREDIBLE time at this rental! Spotless, roomy and comfortable…the pictures definitely do not do the property Justice! Every thing you could possibly need, we grilled dinner, had coffee in the patio, and of course enjoyed the well kept spa tub after days of outdoor adventures. Centrally located to everything you could ever want to do in Sedona. Last but not least, very communicative rental management throughout the trip and prior to, was always kept informed!

Home was exactly as listed. Excellent and large back yard with a modern and fully functional hot tub. Started each day with a hot tub wake up. Kitchen was great and family room perfect. Large master bed with massive walk in closet. Beds very comfortable. Everything was great / kids enjoyed it and so did the dogs. Great location to downtown. Very close to Jim Thompson trail head. Also close to Sedona Beer Co. - nice place to unwind. 🍺. We plan to come back when the weather is a little cooler. Thanks to the owners for listing the property.

We loved our stay in this spacious neighborhood home. It was well appointed, comfortable, and the vacation went without a hitch. The large fenced in yard was great for our pups. And the neighborhood and the local historical museum grounds were great places to take walks. The views of the mountains red rocks were spectacular

My family and I loved staying here. I have been coming to Sedona every year for the past 10 years and this is the best house we’ve ever stayed at. From the big backyard to use of the garage (which for us is awesome) to the openness of the house! We will definitely be staying here again!

We needed a quick escape from the city and Sedona is one of our favorite spots. This house was very nice. Well appointed, clean and comfortable. The proximity to Uptown Sedona was great. Walking distance to great shops and dinning yet located in a quiet peaceful neighborhood. We would definitely like to stay again. AND... they let us bring our pups! Perfect! Thank you!

The house was fantastic location and view. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking which we did every night. If I had to make one request: 2nd bedroom needs new sheets. Elastic was stretched and sheets came off every night. Rental is certainly one we would hope to visit again. Javelinas added to the entertainment.

Twas the perfect place for us as we stayed a long weekend to hike some canyons and sit back and chill.

My husband and I stayed 4 nights at this gorgeous home in Sedona. It is upscale, immaculately clean and spacious. It has a very well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and furniture. The walk in shower in the main bedroom was very well appreciated. The location is perfect in upper Sedona, a few blocks from downtown and in a lovely, quiet neighborhood. We very highly recommend this home to anyone planning to visit Sedona.

You can’t beat the views here and the location in Sedona. Close to all the restaurants and shops then you come home to a quiet and beautiful neighborhood.

The house is very clean and well stocked. The yard is amazing, our dog loved it, just bring bug spray! A coffee table would be helpful in the family room for snacks and beverages by the tv and fireplace. The house is 5 star, but our experience with Red Rock Realty was not. They gave us an old code for the door so we could not get in. I called and left messages three times and sent an email, but they did not get back to me until 10am the next day. Luckily, my husband figured out a way in or we would have had to find another place to stay. I recommend they find a better way to respond to customers and that anyone using them call to confirm the entry code.

We loved our stay at Quietude. A small enclave surrounded by views of the Sedona mountains. Lots of nature. Walking distance to town & trails. The home is well appointed enabling a "staycation" away from home. Hope to visit another time soon! :)

Great quiet place to stay in Sedona that is right off the main drag. Beds were comfortable and clean. The spa was fabulous after a long day of trekking around. Only things I'd say the place may need is a window cover for the odd window in the master bath, It's so you can shower and see the view, but if your family is over 6ft they can walk down the hall and get a peep show. A newer smart TV in family room would also be a good addition. Overall, it is quiet and a great space to relax. I love the super comfy couches in the family room. Would visit again!

The home is set up well and the backyard is large with a clean hot tub and 2 loungers as well as a table with 6 chairs. The grill was clean and lots of dishes, pots, pans provided in the kitchen. Both bedrooms have a TV as well as the living room. The front room can be used as an office with a day bed. We enjoyed the area and the view of the red rocks from the home. We will return again! Thanks for letting us stay.

Great area of town and could walk to uptown Sedona. House was well appointed and kitchen stocked with basics. With such a nice home we were a little surprised about the condition of the back yard. It looks like it has been neglected a bit and needs some TLC in the way of mowing and weeding. We still enjoyed the backyard.
