The location was good and the bed was comfy. Also a wonderful view from the windows.
The room was not what it looked like in pictures. The main room smelt like vomit (someone clearly had a big night in the recent past), the shower didn't work, and when I pulled plates out for dinner one was still dirty with old food crusted on it. It was also pretty loud, luckily we had good neighbours and it wasn't a weekend.

Lovely warm unit with fabulous views. Proximity to centre city and transportation options fabulous.
Bathroom was little with no ventilation when using the toilet, shower and drier.

We had major issues I had left notes this was for my nephew paid in advance who was picking us up from cruise to find out hotel did not let him in luckily I got reception close to land and called the manager very unhappy no parking for my nephew and he was denied based on bond needed which I said I would pay with a credit card and this was not accepted in the end they let him in but what an ugly experience for some who travelled 4 hrs to wait in his van an hr and half

Le coin cuisine est très appréciable avec de jeunes enfants et parfaitement équipé avec équipements nécéssaires et fonctionnels.
La vue sur la tour est très appréciable
le fait d'être proche de la gare de train est un plus car tout peux se faire à pied depuis l'hôtel
Cela fait déjà trois fois que je séjourne dans cet hôtel et le seul point négatif que je souligne à chaque commentaire est le fait qu'il n'y ait pas de sécurité sur les baies vitrées des chambres à coucher. Je trouve cela très dangereux au 23 ème étage et avec des enfants !!!! Les baies vitrées devraient pouvoir se vérouiller à clef afin d'éviter tout risque.
Je trouve dommage que malgré un commentaire à ce sujet par 3 fois, les choses ne changent pas...

The location was great. the room had everything we needed for 4 people. the view. handy to food places. very close walking distance to Sky Tower and Ship Terminal.
We enjoyed the Harbour View Appartments.
Keep up the good work we found nothng to complain about. Oh maybe recover dining chair seats getting a tad hard

The room was great, the views were amazing, we were leaving on a cruise after our booking here and we could see the ship coming into Port which was exciting. Staff were amazing at the front desk on check in. Beds were comfortable. Room was very clean.

The room with a view was excellent. All the amenities were functioning. The room size was good enough. The apartment's location was excellent. The pool and gym were useful. There were plenty of nice restaurants , convenience stores and attractions nearby. Parking was available and convenient. The staff members were attentive and helpful and gave us some great tips for sightseeing and shopping.
Parking directions could've been better.

Was relatively cleans and tidy, but a few stains on carpets. Good shower and hot water availability
couple rooms blocked off, seems to be an apartment let out to hotel ? Basic cutlery etc, nothing special.

The location. Really handy to food places, Britomart & Queen St. Loved our view of the port. Beds were comfy and shower was hot & powerful
You could hear the top apartment guests walking around & every time they flushed the toilet. The sliding doors to access the balcony were so hard to open

Check in was a waste of time had to get garage remote to park b4 check in then room wasn’t the right one had to move to another room. Bathrooms were dirty and old.
Garage space was very small and tight. But it was secure parking which was good.

The location was awesome, with amazing views.
The staff at the front desk were unfriendly. The rooms were not very clean, the kitchen crockery and utensils were dirty and the dishwasher did not clean anything. The pool was dirty and unusable. The staff servicing the rooms were lovely.

Staff were exceptionally friendly. Room was excellent with awesome views over the city and the location to the Spark Arena and Auckland City was exactly what we wanted.
We had booked two rooms and would have been great for the other room to be on the same floor or have had easy access to the main room with the elevator. There was a lot of going down to collect the other family members.

Everything went well but I still haven’t received my bond.

The size of apartment was very small especially with three adults, lack of storage was very poor, the crockery and cutlery was very limited.

The location was superb. Close to trains, ferry, dining, everything in walking distance. Never used the car once. Views were nice and the apartment was a comfortable space with bedrooms and kitchen.

Shower screen allowed water to leak water onto the floor. Lighting was inadequate in the bathroom.

The location.
The rooms were very tired and really needs some maintenance, it was not a cheap deal so I would expect it to be in better condition. The building site next door - right outside our window - was noisy early in the morning. (I accept that the property cannot control the building site, but the price does not reflect the inconvenience)

The only thing I like was the location
The photos on bookings were nothing like the unit. It was tired looking. Mould in bathroom and dishwasher. Air con was a portable unit, no ceiling fans. Was suppose to be a city view and all we saw was office blocks and car parks. Price did not reflect unit, over priced for what we got.

AC was a noisy temp AC unit with a hole cut through th glass window. Rooms and spaces are tiny had about 1 ft to get around the bed to go to the bathroom. Construction noise right next door

Good location within walking distance of the hotspots of Auckland . The facilities and quality were as expected for the price of the property.
Comfortable bed and facilities, perfect for just me.
Basic options for everything, and lifts took a long time to arrive at certain times of the day.
Area of Auckland wasn't the nicest, and I wouldnt 'go out on my own at night around the area.
