The house is amazing with everything you could ever need for a family or two! The kitchen is fully stocked with the essentials, beds are super comfortable, and with a fire every night, we felt cozy and fully relaxed on our vacation! Highly recommend!

We had a great time at the Pines! The house was exactly as stated, super cozy and clean. Beds were comfortable, plenty of bedding and towels. Great kitchen pans and gadgets to cook with. 2 Minutes from the mountain. Check in was seamless, we would definitely stay here again!!!

This home was very well stocked. And location was everything. Right down the road loon mountain/ restaurants/ grocery store nice little town. They answered all of our questions very quickly. Our family liked having the sports center right there. Yes, we will be back. Great home.

This property was wonderfully clean and beautifully, yet comfortably decorated. The 2 living areas allowed the kids to play air hockey downstairs while the grownups enjoyed conversation and adult beverages upstairs. The kitchen was fully loaded with newer appliances and many of the gadgets we can’t live without. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds very comfortable. Communication with the owners was easy and they were always quick to answer any questions. I would happily rent with the Droggitis family again…especially this beautiful home.

We have a great long weekend getaway. House is beautiful, clean and comfortable. It was stocked with everything we needed. We had a little mishap with a power outage in the complex and the owners communicated with us quickly. Would love to stay here again. Thank you!

This is the perfect property for our long weekend away. There is plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen is well appointed with everything we need to make breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner. The location is perfect for getting to Loon, you can drive or take the shuttle and be there within minutes. We look forward to staying again next year!

We loved our stay at the Forest Ridge condo! The house was so well equipped and we truly felt like we were right at home. The location was perfect to get to everything in downtown Lincoln. We didn’t luck out with good weather for skiing but we were happy to enjoy the pool and local restaurants. It definitely was great to have the house so comfortable and stocked with fun things for the kids like air hockey, games, puzzles and books. That was a huge bonus! Thank you for sharing your home with us and we definitely hope to be back.

The house is a brand new townhouse with three levels. It was a perfect vacation place for our ski trip and the owners really outdid themselves compared to other rental places. The place had everything you would ever need including laundry, towels, toiletries, it was completely sanitize, and we even found bday candles if you needed that. 5 stars for the place! Nice warm, felt like mountainside resort.

We had a perfect stay- the location is super convenient to all area sites and activities, the property was immaculate and is fully stocked with anything you’d need, and all the beds were very comfy! The sports club was a nice bonus so the kids could swim indoors. Lastly, communication was easy with the owners and check in and out was smooth. We will stay again!

The property was lovely! Undoubtedly clean! Very well appointed with every kitchen gadget you would need. Beds were very comfortable. Owners checked in to make sure all was well and to be sure we knew we could reach out at any time. I highly recommend this property.

Ski Weekend
We had a fabulous weekend at this Townhouse. Perfectly located to enjoy Loon, Waterville and the surrounding restaurants and breweries. The shuttle picked us up at the end of the driveway and dropped us off at the base of Loon mountain. Very convenient! The house was spacious, well outfitted and extremely clean. We will definitely be back to visit.

We enjoyed a wonderful ski weekend at this beautiful Lincoln home. Very close proximity to Loon and shopping/restaurants in town. We were impressed by the cleaniness and comfort of the home along with the well stocked kitchen. We all loved the wood burning fireplace and the kids enjoyed the bunk beds, air hockey table and swimming at the association pool. The owner was very responsive and accommodating with our questions. We loved it so much, we already booked it for another weekend this winter!
