My family had a wonderful time this past week. This is our second stay in the same room and I enjoyed it just as much this time as the last. Will definitely book again in the future

We had the most amazing week ever. We couldn’t have asked for better weather. Condo was well appointed. It had everything we needed. Beds were so comfortable. While there weee a couple things that could be upgraded, it worked out well for our family.

We love Splash Resort and This is our favorite condo layout. This condo was well equipped, well decorated and the beds are comfortable. The check in process was quick and easy. My only complaint about booking was we were not made aware the remainder of the balance had to be mailed instead of paid online until right before it was due, so I ended up having to pay $60+ in fees to use my debit card. while we enjoyed our stay, the condo could use a good deep clean. I would assume than happens in the off season. There was a red substance on the walls behind the bed in the master suite and the doors/vents are very dusty. The patio furniture and bar stools need to have bolts tightened up. One patio chair was unusable and a bolt fell out of the barstool when we sat on it. The others were wobbly. I did not notify the property manager of this as I didn’t feel it required intervention for us to have a great stay… just some feedback for things that could be improved in the slower season. The only real issue we had was that the sliding balcony door in one of the bedrooms did not lock. I messaged the property management company through the link they sent upon check in the morning after we checked in (Sunday morning). I thought maybe we’d hear back Monday during business hours but didn’t. Eventually my husband found some tools in the closet and fixed it since it was the room our kids were staying in. We stayed a whole week and never heard back from the property management company.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon checkin the unit was nice. The floor's definitely needed a good cleaning but after reading other reviews I was mentally prepared for a good basic cleaning being needed. So the goldfish crackers and dryer sheet from the previous guests along with the dust and sand weren't that big of an issue.We then chose rooms and immediately sat down on the bed when the whole thing collapsed and we hit the floor. The second King bedroom was the exact same. We called and spoke to someone about it getting fixed and while they were extremely kind, nobody was available to fix it so we were asked to sleep on the mattresses of both beds in the floor and we would be compensated for the inconvenience.The following day around lunch, maintenance showed up to cut boards and fix both beds. I spoke with someone 3 more times (twice that day and once on checkout day) and was assured it had been turned over to the finance department and someone would contact me. Nearly a week after checkout and I've not heard anything so I just called and the lady told me there was nothing they could do and I should've spoken to someone else. Even though I spoke to someone 4 times at that same number and they assured me it was being handled. Aside from this, our stay was nice. Light bulbs need replaced and over half the outlets in the unit don't work but it was very well stocked with all the kitchen items you would need for a nice trip. The only other issues were cosmetic. It could definitely use touch ups and an entire new paint job but that didn't effect our trip at all.If the cleaners would put forth a tiny bit of effort and even just sweep and mop the floors it would make a huge difference.

This was a great condo and everything we needed to enjoy an awesome week at PCB. We will definitely be using this property again in the future.

Very happy with the unit. We did have an issue with the dishwasher but maintenance helped out quickly. I would have given all 5 stars however when we arrived I had to sweep the floors as there was food everywhere and we had a toddler under 2 who didn’t understand not to put it in her mouth. Other than that I would stay again

Splash Resort was a lot of fun for the entire family.. especially the 9 year old who really enjoyed the kids slides area. Clean place, only minor inconvenience is only two elevators in each tower. Sometimes the wait could be a few minutes. Really loved our day spent at St. Andrews Park. Snorkeling near the rocks was fun!Definitely recommend this place!

We loved the condo, location and had spectacular views. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that it needs some TLC. We noticed some things that were broken upon arrival that could possibly be a hazard and noted to manager. Other than that, we loved our stay at Splash and this condo. It was well equipped with everything you would need. Very spacious with plenty of places to sleep.

There were a few minor things broke when we arrived such as the toilet paper holder, the lock/handle on the bathroom doors, and a few other things but the stay was fantastic. The kids enjoyed the pools, lazy river, little water park, and hot tub. Also, had a very nice very of the ocean! Thank you!

We didn’t wanna leave we loved our beachfront condo sooo much. Can’t wait to return

Pull out couch was broken so some of us had to sleep on the floor after paying all of this money. Part of the ladder for the bunk bed was broken, the entire bunk bed was in horrible condition. Master bed has loose board underneath. Sliding glass door in living room was hard to shut. Owner needs to take better care of unit. Ridiculous

Condo space is a nice size, 15th floor elevator wait time was long for the first 2 days with check ins and during mornings & evenings during prime times when folks go to the beach and come back from the beach, but it got better. The condo was nice but the cleaners did not do a good job, the balcony had some food trash, there was a 1/2 eaten donut on the floor next to the bed & drink spills on the walls in one bedroom, sand on the countertop along with some sticky stuff & sticky stuff on the table, and the refrigerator shelves needed some cleaning. Those were visible items and I was to afraid to go check anything else. That’s on housekeeping, the unit itself was nice, typical slightly sandy floors & furniture as in most other condos. The one thing I really wasn’t fond of was the bunk bed ladder was broke and I had a 4 & 6 year old using the bunk bed. I also think some instructions for the washer & dryer would be good, it’s different than anything I’ve used & it had a delay start and I wasn’t sure if that was time for how long it would run or going to start. The kids splash & pool areas we didn’t even use because the water was so cold, that could just be because it wasn’t melting hot outside. The skywalk from the parking garage to the elevators in the tower is a longer walk than we’re used to but it was a nice fun walkway so you didn’t mind it to much. I did pay a cleaning fee & it wasn’t cleaned, but I would stay in this unit again if we decide to come back to splash.

The room was great just a couple thing the masterbed in the masterbed room Fran was broke so bed was on a slant made it not the best to sleep in and the elavators in the hotel are horrible but other then that had a great time

Very nice condo, only down side would be too many kids at this resort which we were not aware of

This condo fit our families needs perfectly. Two king beds, two bathrooms, laundry and an amazing balcony. My girls loved the two beach chairs that were included in the rental. Thanks for making our get-away fantastic!

Great place to stay

It was super clean and nice! Had a great time, loved the property and easy access to the beach. Far from downtown but a very short drive!

View was great from this 15th (16th from the ground) floor condo. Pros: location, layout of condo, large corner balcony, stocked with the basics, bed was soooo comfortable, staff was friendly, enjoyed the hot tub & sand tools. Cons: parking to condo was quite a walk, unit shows typical wear and tear -not as new as photos appear, hot tub was super hot just be cautious, beach chairs would be nice for those visiting outside the March to Oct/Nov “free beach chairs” time period, elevators had issues whole week -had to walk all the way up one day.

Could use some floor mopping otherwise is a great place perfect location every one very nice I will definitely come back

The unit wasn’t very clean. The bathtub and shower had pieces of mold come off when we took a shower or bath. The floor when we got there still had sand on it when we tried walking around barefoot. It’s a long walk from the parking garage to your unit. The pool area is ehh. The restaurant & bar downstairs aren’t open in the winter. It was just not my favorite place to stay at.

They fixed the dishwasher really quickly but we had to go the whole time with no washer so it meant not jave any clean towels and we had to do laundry else where. Pleasantly surprised by how nice this room actually was! Not to mention how big it was. We traveled with our six children and everyone one is a comfortable place to sleep. I would like to add whatever cleaning company they used was a very good company it was so nice it walk into a place that you could actually see had been cleaned. If I could say anything negative (and there honestly wasn’t much) it would be that we would’ve loved to have newer tvs in the rooms. Or At least Rokus so we could connect our stuff. But other than that we were VERY happy with this unit and will be booking again for next season

We were there for 7 nights and it was perfect! Amazing condo with a huge balcony right on the beach! My 5 and 7 year old loved the resort and what it offered. They lived the kids slides and the lazy river.

This is our 3rd year staying at Splash! We love the property and the location of everything in PCB. Our condo met all of our needs and the communication with the management team was excellent. The beds were very comfortable and we loved how big the balcony was! The main negative issue, that caused me to only give 3 stars instead of 5, was related to cleanliness of the condo. I have come to expect some wear and tear in the condos we stay in, especially since we travel at the end of the busy season. However, the condo had layers upon layers of dust throughout. The ceiling fans, window blinds, and most surfaces had not been cleaned in quite some time. There was dust hanging from the ceiling fans and was so thick we did not want to use them. Other than the cleaning concerns, the condo was just what we wanted.

This was our second time to stay at Splash, but our first time in this condo. It was beautiful and very clean. We cook most of our meals when on vacation and this kitchen was stocked with pots and pans and utensils to make that easy. We spent a lot of time on the large balcony when not at the beach or pools. There was plenty of room for our family.

We snuck away for a last minute beach trip before school started & it was beautiful! Condo was well kept and clean. Will book again!

First time to stay at a Splash property. The unit was clean and neat. Comfortable furnishings. The resort was very nice and a great place for children. Not only on the beach (adults enjoyed) but swimming pools, lazy river, splash pad. Great place to stay for families with small children.

We had a blast. The location is wonderful. Unfortunately the wait for the elevators was very frustrating during our entire stay. Other than that it was great!

This was our second stay at Splash Resort this year. This was the first time renting from these owners. Me and my family agrees that this was one of the best vacations we have ever had. This property was well maintained offering plenty of space. I would recommend a smart tv or 3. The view was beautiful. Splash was created with children in mind. My 3 year old had the best vacation, loved the splash area, the covered pool area and the lazy river. Make sure to keep shoes on though, the uncovered pool deck will burn your feet. Overall a wonderful experience. Would definitely stay here again.
