Hotel war sehr nahe zur Partymeile. Das Hotel war sehr sauber gewesen und das Personal auch sehr freundlich. Das Essen hat sich auch im Hotel sehr gelohnt.

Leider hatte ich in meinem Zimmer keine Tür zum Badezimmer.

Receptionist. He was extremely agressive and arrogant. Old man with a beard . He is Arabic or Iranian. It’s not a problem. He was screaming on us, twice gave not working keys. We was shocked.

Schlechtes Essen, immer das gleiche, keine Auswahl. Poolanlage schmutzig und viel zu wenige Liegen.

Frühstück war sehr gut und ausreichend. Es gab eine große Auswahl und für jeden Geschmack war etwas dabei. Das Personal war sehr nett, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Speisentheken waren sehr sauber.

Keine negativen Punkte.

The room was equipped with an extremely good shower and directly available hot water. We had a room with a very nice view.

My stay was unfortunately marred by the exceptionally unfriendly staff, particularly at the reception and the pool area. From the moment we arrived, it felt as though we were being treated like unruly guests, rather than valued customers. The reception staff exhibited a dismissive attitude, making us feel unwelcome from the outset. Their demeanor suggested that they viewed us as nothing more than rowdy tourists, rather than acknowledging that we were simply guests looking to enjoy our stay. Similarly, the behavior of the lifeguard at the pool was extremely disappointing. Instead of ensuring the safety and comfort of all guests, he seemed more interested in reprimanding us for perceived infractions. While we understand the need to maintain order, there is a way to enforce rules without resorting to rudeness and condescension. It's important for the management to remember that their guests come from diverse backgrounds and deserve to be treated with respect and courtesy. Regardless of nationality or behavior, all guests should be made to feel welcome and valued during their stay.

Indoor Pool mit Sauna, Lage des Hotels, Strandpromenade war fußläufig zu erreichen. Getränkepreise moderat. Mitarbeiter waren bemüht. Deutsche TV Sender vorhanden. Überall Desinfektionsmittel. Mülltrennung auf den Fluren.

Abendessen war richtig schlecht. Immer Würste, Fisch und Standard Industrie Lebensmittel. Keine Abwechslung, sehr lieblos und monoton präsentiert. Teilweise ist das Dessert noch gefroren. Essensangebot ist schlecht überlegt, plötzlich ist der Fisch aus. Man sah den Köchen an, dass es nur Arbeiten ist. Zimmer wurde aufgeräumt, aber nicht ordentlich geputzt. Unser Zimmerboden war nach drei Tagen total verdreckt, und es wurde nicht einmal gewischt. Internetverbindung Mangelhaft, auf dem Stand vor 10 Jahren. Streaming, wie z.B. Netflix Kids, nicht möglich! Für die Kids gab es keine Abwechslung bzw. ordentliche Spielmöglichkeiten. Andere Hotelgäste nehmen keine Rücksicht, sind laut und niveaulos.
