Great location right on beach. Beautiful view of ocean. Very relatxing propery. House very clean and well stocked. Lot's of play things for adults and children. Check in process was a little confusing.

I am just so pleased with this property!! It was amazing!! I could not be happier! It literally had everything you could need. You only need your clothes!!! The property management was SO RESPONSIVE! In 20 minutes any issue was resolved! That was really impressive! My family positively loved this vacation and there were tears shed when we left! We will be back for sure!!

So many thoughtful extras made it really more than a typical VRBO - it was all the best parts of a resort stay and the best parts of a private home experience. Our communication with the manager was prompt and the responses really addressed our needs. This was just such a lovely experience - and to have a hot tub to yourself right on the shore of the ocean so close to the house was so luxurious and natural and unique. Perfect stay!

This beautiful, FULLY EQUIPPED, very clean beach house was the perfect place to stay for our family get-a -way. Beautiful beach, paddle boards, kayaks, ping pong, Bonfire with tiki hut bar. We enjoyed a few evenings up on the Widows Peak to see all of the stars. The list goes on.... We most definitely will stay there again.

The most caring and helpful rental staff. Quick responses and over the top accommodation. Everything you need, everything. Plastic wrap, tin foil, paper goods, plastic utensils, laundry detergent, they thought of everything and generously provided. Our job was to enjoy our stay, no worries about skimping on towels or sharing life jackets—-plenty for everyone. I love using Instacart for grocery delivery so I didn’t need to leave. If you are looking for constant play or serene relaxation, this place provides the perfect setting for both. We will be coming to visit again!

When the comments in this listing say "just bring your sandals and cloths", they weren't kidding. They house was over-the-top with amenities. Everything from extras batteries, to bath robes, to fishing and beach toys, to condiments and kitchen supplies. This house offers the best of both worlds caught between the river and the Atlantic, you really get to experience two totally different water-front environments. We loved it! Both kids and parent approved!!

We really enjoyed this place even with the very cold weather, when we arrived there was a very much appreciated welcome basket waiting for us, his and hers travel toiletries in the bathrooms, great coffee, tea, even bottled water. The house is stocked with everything you need to have fun in and out of the water, even bait for fishing. We also loved Al’s (property manager) prompt response to questions. We will be back and absolutely recommend this place!!

We had a wonderful 2 weeks. My only comment was to have less paper products and more real cups. The house was very well stocked. Loved having the newspapers delivered every morning. Thank you!!!

We had an amazing trip and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your home. We will definitely be back. House has a terrific location with a great beach to explore. We especially loved how the home was stocked with all the goodies that one could possibly need. We stayed over a very very windy period and the house was quiet even with the wind outside. This was our third annual trip to As Good As It Gets. Each year we have enjoyed our stay even more than the last. The home itself is so well equipped that you will not want for anything. Al, the property manager is very attentive and courteous and ready and willing to assist and ensure your stay is comfortable. We have young children and there were pack and plays set up in the bedrooms with the baby beds made and baby blankets provided. Al even provided welcome baskets for the children in each room with diapers, wipes, children’s sunscreen, children’s Tylenol and a monitor for use during our stay. And this was just for the children. Each bathroom had toiletries. The kitchen had a beautiful welcome basket with snacks and sunscreen and bug spray. They really thought of all the details so it felt like we were staying at our second home. The guys had the perfect set up for fishing off the dock. They loved that there is a cleaning station on the dock. We caught many fish including sheepshead, jack, snapper, puffer fish, lookdown, catfish, blue fish, lady fish and even an accidental stingray! Three dolphins came to visit us one morning swimming just a few feet from the dock! The kids had a blast learning to surf, exploring the beach and finding crabs. They even found buried gold doubloons! ;) We had a great time kayaking and exploring the mangroves. We walked along the coast to bathtub reef beach. I would definitely recommend this beach for small children as the waves are not nearly as rough. I cannot say enough about how much we have enjoyed our stay each year. At your front doorsteps you have a beautiful private beach, out the back of the house you have your own private dock and more beach. The home and property truly are, “As Good as Good as it gets” and a rare find. If you are reading reviews and questioning whether to book this property or not. Just do it. You won’t be disappointed. We will be back in 2020 Al!

"As Good As It Gets" says it all... A beautiful home fully stocked with everything you can imagine and then some. Beautiful sunrises in the morning facing the ocean and magnificent sunsets off the dock in the evening! When the tide is low, and you enter into the ocean you will see a beautiful formation the tide has created under the limestone that's absolutely breath taken. I highly recommend this beautiful place of paradise.

When we first arrived at our beach homes away from home, all we could think was "WOW!" First of all the island is so quaint and the homes are so nice! We stayed in "As Good as it Gets" and "Heaven Can't Wait" There is a river (more like a big lake) on one side of the homes and the ocean directly on the other side. Spectacular views no matter where you were. It was so neat to see the sunrise over the ocean and set over e river! We even saw dolphins! The homes are close to restaurants, shops and grocery stores. Both homes were beautiful and very well appointed. Kitchens have everything you would need to make meals. The sound system works great, the furnishings are all so nice and updated. The beds were very comfortable. There is something For everyone. The owners have Put so much thought and effort into all the details of these homes. There were so many amenities, it's difficult to name them all. We took the paddleboards and kayaks out to one of the islands on the river side. Some of us fished, surfed, and snorkled, using the equipment that comes with the houses. We even had a few Pelicans (we affectionately named, Pete and Penelope) and an Egret (Fred) hang out with us while we were fishing. We rode the many new bikes. Their were lots of books and games for both kids and adults. We had so much fun, created lots of wonderful memories and were able to relax! And one nice thing, was all seven kids were rarely indoors. There was so much for them to do! We really did NOT want to go back home. Can't wait to come back!

This was our first family reunion vacation in Florida and there was a lot of time put into searching for accommodations for 16 people that everyone agreed on. : ) My family and I have rented condos in Florida for years and this was beyond what we expected and have experienced. This was truly a place that you could show up with your clothes and bathing suits. For groceries, the Publix was literally a 5 minute drive. The Island itself wasn't busy, so minimal traffic...that in itself was nice. We rented Heaven Can't Wait and As Good As It Gets. We kept saying to each other how blessed we felt the whole time. Al , the manager was so kind and helpful. Each house was nicely decorated...something this girl appreciates. At Heaven Can't Wait we had brand new appliances as in two microwaves, two ovens/stoves and two washer/dryer combos. I'm pretty sure we were the first to use everything which was kind of fun. Honestly, this was the best beach experience we have had. We had a ton of options to choose from, several bikes, kayaks, paddle boards, body boards, snorkel gear, fishing gear , etc. We did use everything! These two houses are situated on the beach and the beach isn't large so the ocean is steps away. It was wonderful to have our own private beach. Honestly we saw very few people. If you want to get away from the crowds, this is the place to be! I was pleasantly surprised at how gorgeous the water was! I;m used to the Gulf side and this was just as good. Having the river( which looks like a large lake) on the other side of the house was amazing! Our kids and some dads spent a lot of time fishing and playing around in the river. The kids stayed so busy and were never bored. It was a beautiful thing to see them constantly exploring , swimming, fishing, kayaking, snorkeling, looking for shells, paddle boarding etc. and not wanting to turn the t.v. on. Oh, the free Nespresso was amazing, thank you! Sorry Al to have used every last one! We hope to be back!

Wow! We had four families together in "As Good as it Gets" and "Heaven Can't Wait". Both were absolutely beautiful, so clean and well appointed! I can't think of one thing to complain about. We honestly couldn't have asked for more, the owners have thought of everything. There is something for everybody to do, and believe me, we explored it all. There is the river (more like a lake) on one side and the beautiful ocean on the other. There were so many amenities, it's hard to list them all. We took paddleboards and kayaks out to one of the islands in the river.; what a great experience with the kids. Some of us fished, some surfed., we used the brand new bicycles. We all snorkled. The jacuzzi was a plus. The grills worked great. Everything was in great working condition. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals. There are restaurants, shops and grocery stores just a short drive away. We felt so at home and were really able to enjoy our family time, making some incredible memories. It was so hard to leave, we have all talked about coming back again!

Where to begin!?!? We had several families rent both Heaven Can't wait and As good as it gets. We traveled from Arizona to spend a week on these properties and we were blown away with the location, beauty and cleanliness of these homes. The attention to detail and all of the thoughtful extras were simply unbelievable!! From personal gift baskets (literally in every room!) to all of the water/sporting equipment they provide, you will truly feel spoiled, pampered and relaxed! It was definitely a vacation we will never forget and would do over again in the future in a heartbeat!

As good as it gets & Heaven can't wait were the perfect names for our home rentals, right next to each other, loaded with unexpected amenities...going way beyond our expectations which is a huge plus! Meeting expectations is simple, but exceeding expectations is brilliant! Having worked for The Ritz Carlton for years, I know and appreciate the attention to details! Al was always available & talk about a hard worker...whew! We appreciated the bikes, skin, boogie and paddle boards, sea kayaks, snorkel gear, beach chairs, beach towels, amazing espresso (sorry Al- I think we depleted the supply. We are a very active group of 15 and used every single amenity except for the tv's! Haha! We turned them on to watch home videos and a video that our IT guy, aka Dave made of our trip to watch on our last day! Oh and FISHING, lots of fishing gear and we had some incredibly fresh fish tacos for lunch! You can't beat fresh fish tacos and margaritas! PUBLIX is right down the street off the "island" for all your grocery needs! We came from Wyoming, Arizona & Georgia! Next visit we'll need four homes because our Colorado & Montana & North Carolina families (23 more) will hopefully be joining us! Watch out Al! My family and I stayed here for a wedding weekend, and everything exceeded my expectations! The view, the house, the beach, to many little things that added up to one of the best rental experiences I've ever had!!!

This house is beautiful, every square foot is used in the smartest, most comfortable way. From check-in to departure we were nothing but impressed with the hospitality and accommodations at this home. This was my first stay at a home vacation rental and the bar was set so high I don't know how it could be beat!! Al and his staff are so generously responsive and kind, and the house is prepared so that you get the maximum usage out of it with ease. The welcome basket and notes explaining how to utilize everything in the house is such a nice touch, it was impeccably clean and stocked with all essentials, the beds are comfortable, everything about this house has had a lot of thought put into it, and it's bound to impress. We wouldn't have changed a thing about our stay, and are so grateful we had the opportunity to stay in this home. We were a group of 6 moms away for the weekend, all a little hesitant about leaving our families behind. It took no time to realize we were in paradise and all our worries melted away. Our vacation to Jensen Beach was absolutely amazing. The area of Jensen Beach is so beautiful and the vacation house that we had was even more beautiful. The house was very well equipped for being a newly renovated home. Even when things were not working properly or there was something that we felt like we were missing, Al Roberts fulfilled our every need within hours of us asking. Our family highly recommends this vacation home to others. The views are amazing, the hammock and dock are so peaceful, and the area has many things to do if you like to explore. Our family enjoyed paddle boarding, canoeing, and the zoo and museums in nearby Palm Beach area.

My stay was awesome. The house is equipped with everything you would need and more, very clean and updated, having the ocean one one side and the inter coastal on the other side was amazing, you can see the sunrise and sunset. I wish I could have stayed longer, I plan to book again : ) Al was right there if you needed him.
