We LOVED this house! Everything was in excellent condition, I especially loved the comfy beds! We had a party of 15 ranging from 6 to 75 yrs. Everyone had their own space when needed and we loved gathering on the back porch each night to watch the kids swim and enjoy a cocktail! We plan to be back next year!

We have visited St Simons for the last 30 years and this house is the nicest we've stayed in. It was in beautiful shape, very well equipped for our family of 14, and very comfortable. The pool area is lovely, the kitchen easily accommodated us, the dining area was actually big enough for all of us, and the house is well stocked from everything from dishes, cookware, other essentials such as beach towels, etc. The owners were easy to contact and very responsive. We highly recommend it for a family stay.

This home is perfect for a large family of varying ages! The owners really thought out the layout. The decor is tasteful and calming. We enjoyed ourselves immensely!

Wow! They thought of everything. We travel about 3 or 4 times a year, and this is hands down the best place we have stayed. Everything you could want or need is there. We all came prepared for what we usually have found we have to go buy. We never had to touch it. If I had to say anything It would have been nice to be able to run the pool cleaner at night. Other than that it was amazing.

6 bedrooms, most with attached bath rooms. It was great getting together with family and friends. A nice pool and clean modern house. We had 12 people and we were never crowded.

We loved the beautiful large home with all of the amenities. There was plenty of room for 11 people with extra beds. The layout was very comfortable and we enjoyed sitting outside in the screened in porch overlooking the pool and hot tub.

Rented this home to attend a family wedding. Very large family so there were 3 other homes rented as well by other family members. Our rental was by far the best as indicated by all the other family members wanting to hang out by our pool. This place met all our needs and went beyond expectations. Rick and Laura responded usually within minutes to my many questions. Highly recommended!!!

Location was perfect! I am a realtor in Atlantic Beach Florida for over 16 years, and I have my own short term rental on the ocean. So I can tell you with confidence-this is a great one.. fully stocked with everything you will need to gather with family and friends! It Is beautifully appointed and has plenty of space for a group of 13! Walk to beach just a 10 minute walk and local restaurants and shops…. And across the street from house is a cute park - our boys brought their skateboards for the skate park, and one day we had a family kickball game at the baseball field! There was a playground, but it was being worked on… But there is another playground on the way to the beach that is even bigger!!!!
A couple miles away you have the Saint Simons downtown and the pier with even more restaurants bars, and shops! Sweet little town….. We made so many memories! And we will be back!

Communication with Laura was easy and she was quick to answer any questions and address concerns.
Property exceeded expectations. Exactly as described and check-in was right on time and easy. Neighborhood is quiet and very safe and close to beach. The house is beautiful and stocked with anything you could ever need and all top of the line. The outside area with the Porches and pool/hot tub and fire pit so serene. The property is spotless. Can't say enough good things about our stay and hope to be back ! Thank you !

This was the perfect house for my family to gather for my daughter's wedding in St. Simons. Most of my family travelled from Canada and it was the most perfect place for us to enjoy the festivities and our visit together. The house had everything we could possibly need and it was so organized it was easy to find everything. Would definitely rent this again!

Our family's first visit to the island to celebrate a big birthday. The home was gorgeous and large enough to accommodate all of us comfortably. I was happy to see the kitchen was fully stocked with all the essential utensils to satisfy all of our foodies for the food prep. The kids enjoyed the pool and spa every day..
Definitely need a golf cart to get to beach. Would love to visit again.

We had the best time, beautiful home with everything you could ever need inside. We were quite surprised by a very well stocked kitchen, plenty of blankets, etc. The decor is adorable, they didn’t miss a beat in this stunning home!!! Love, love, love!!!!

This house was phenomenal! So clean and all 10 of us were all able to spread out as needed, but also gather together comfortably. The hosts were very responsive. Close proximity to the beach. It was perfect for our retreat and compliments on the home were frequent during our visit. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at this home on Saint Simons Island. It was in a great location and very well maintained. We enjoyed the spacious living room and kitchen as well as the porches and pool. Our family had a wonderful time together. There were 14 of us, 4 generations, ages 10 months to 79 years old. We have visited a number of places and vacation homes over the last several years, and this is one of our favorites! St. Simon's Island and this home are absolutely beautiful! The owners of this home have thought of everything and provide many amenities. The accommodations are very comfortable. The kitchen is very well stocked. We ate many meals around the large dining room table. The porch area over looking the pool is so inviting. Everyone enjoyed the pool and hot tub! This home is close to so many activities. We loved our stay here and definitely would consider staying in this beautiful home again!

This property was perfect for our family! The layout of the entire home suited us. We used all of the bedrooms, and each couple and the cousins had their own spaces. We cooked 6 of the 7 nights, all of our breakfasts, and most lunches. The kitchen had everything we needed and more, we could all eat together, and relaxing in the tv area and outside area was wonderful. We all loved the pool, and our grandkids spent hours swimming.
This home was so beautiful and way more than I expected! The location was great! We could walk to the pier, the village shops, and the beach. Groceries/supplies were a short drive. We love St. Simons Island and sound love to return.

We stayed at this house with three separate families. We had a total of twelve people including seven adults and five kids ranging in age from two to fifteen. This house had absolutely everything we needed. The pool and hot tub was amazing, and all the kids loved it. We were able to walk to some restaurants, shops, and there is a park right across the street. Everyone had their own rooms and bathrooms. We used the kitchen several times to cook meals. The kitchen was fully sticked with everything you need. If we head back to St. Simon's Island, this is where we will stay!

This house was perfect for our family gathering! Everyone from 20 year old grandson to 82 year old grandparents enjoyed this house. Fantastic layout, clean and everything needed. Having a screened porch and pool area gave us lots of options, as well as a nice walk to the beach. Plenty of room to have meals together. And convenient to get to different areas on SSI. Highly recommend this home. Thanks to Laura and Ricky for a great stay.

Our extended family (ages 7-99!) we’re able to share a week together in this beautiful home. The house was absolutely perfect - everything you needed and more. The outside areas were well used, loved & napped in ;) Thank you for letting us getaway and relax.

We had a great stay. Home is beautiful, new, kitchen is well appointed. Lots of space for our group of 3 families with 10 children total. We really appreciated the use of the pack n play and high chair onsite so that we didn't have to bring. Pool is large and was a hit, glad we paid for pool heat. Owners were very responsive.
The house is on Demere, which is a busy street. However, it is set back from the main road (2 other houses on the street side). This helped keep our children away from traffic if they wanted to play in the driveway. Would have been nice to have a larger stock of toilet paper, trash bags, and laundry detergent. Always a bummer to have to run out to purchase these things during vacation, especially when the nightly cost is high.

The property was perfect for our family getaway for Thanksgiving. The pictures in the listing definitely understate the quality of the home and it exceeded our expectations. We would absolutely stay there again and highly recommend it for any large group considering a St. Simon’s Island stay!
