Very convenient, great place to stay

The house was perfect for our first, but certainly not last, stay in Pagosa Springs. The location was within walking distance of the town's main street, hot springs, and river. It was well-appointed for all our needs during the stay. Our favorite part was the view from the living room looking out over the town and the mountains. The hosts were very helpful and quick to respond.

This house was clean and well kept, everything has described in the listing. My only complaint is I could hear the neighbors in the next unit late into the night. Needs some sound barrier between the units or the bedrooms should not be next to the other rental units. Other than that, it was a good rental. Beautiful overlook of downtown Pagosa Springs and easy to walk downtown and to the river.

Many thanks to the property manager, Linda. She was available for all questions. Stayed in the San Juan unit. Very comfortable and convenient as one member of our party is disabled. Would rent this unit again.

This house an amazing view of Pagosa Springs and is in a great location. Watching the snow fall from the living room was my favorite part of the stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in the San Juan house. The hosts gave us great recommendations on where to dine and imbibe. We all appreciated that the beds were high quality and comfortable. It felt like home away from home. We will be staying here again when we are in Pagosa.

This has been our go to spot. We have stayed here multiple times. Great location and views. Very comfortable beds and living room with a well equipped kitchen.

This house was perfect for a three-night ski weekend. Warm and dry, and the fireplace was helpful with the damp ski gear. The beds were comfortable as well, something we've wrestled with in other Pagosa rentals.

We enjoyed staying at this location. It had beautiful view and was so convenient to Pagosa Springs. Everything was very relaxing. Our rating on cleanliness was only because my kiddo found someone else's underwear behind the dresser in the walk-in closet. (Amazing Closet!) And also found pills under the mini dresser in the same bedroom. They were only found because of checking for left behind items of our own.The house itself was impeccably clean with wonderful amenities.

Enjoyed our stay, we visit Pagosa Springs annually. This location was my favorite yet! View was fantastic and owners were informative, prompt and helpful.

The view makes this place. Big picture window overlooking town Loved drinking coffee and watching the deer come right up to the window. Cozy beds, well stocked Great location- short walk up the hill from downtown. We drove because it was freezing lol Only downside is you share walls with 2 other small units. Neighbors were obnoxiously loud early am…I think they were going skiing and were wearing their ski boots in the house lol but that was thankfully just one morning of our stay. The second neighbor was quiet as a mouse. Overall great experience. Will come again

Great location. Very clean. Updated, modern amenities. Very nice views, Lots of windows. Certainly one of the nicer properties we've stayed at. Issues: 1- the light fixture in the attached bathroom is non-functional, not just needing bulb replacement. This really needs to be addressed. 2- the 4:00 check in time is not very convenient.

This VRBO was very comfortable and close to the action in Pagosa Springs. You can walk to the riverfront and lots of restaurants from here. The kitchen was well stocked for all types of cooking. Instructions were concise and accurate for use of all the amenities.

Met up with my son and his girlfriend. The property was perfect. Loved the views and deer right outside the door.

We were two couples sharing the unit and we all loved it! It spacious and clean and very comfortable. The views of the town were great and we enjoyed sitting outside in the evenings until darkness arrived. The stars are amazing!! It was very hot for our stay and we so appreciated the AC!! Also, the kitchen was the best equipped we have ever seen! Plenty of supplies for sharing. Would love to stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay here. It was updated, clean and had a very nice kitchen. The outside chairs and picnic area made for enjoyable outdoor time. The morning visits from the local wildlife was exciting. The views of downtown and the mountains were so nice.The access to town was a quick walk. We walked everywhere that we visited downtown. We went to the Springs, various lounges and restaurants and walked the river. The walk back was always a quick and good bit of exercise. We loved our stay!

This house was amazing! perfectly spacious for our needs and the living room area was very cozy and inviting. The view was also fabulous from inside the living room and outside the backyard w/ the chairs. It was a perfect location and the hosts were so communicative and helpful! Leo the maintenance person was also so friendly and helpful! I would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone looking to stay in/near Pagosa.

Due to a winter storm and road closures we had to reschedule our stay and the host was most accommodating with this. We look forward to our future stay. The host made this very easy on us !!!!

No major issues, all the conveniences of home. Loved watching the snowfall through the big picture windows. Close to everything, walk or a 2 minute drive to the majority of downtown Pagosa. Owner is quick to respond and friendly. Highly recommend and we will be staying again the next time we visit.

We had weather issues and had to change dates. The host was flexible and allowed us to change weekends without a penalty. That was a worry until I spoke with the owner and she was gracious. We had some questions anmbout parking my trailer and she was very helpful. The property is fantastic. It would be a great place to rent multiple rooms and bring a larger group. 3 separate rentals in total. Ours was the big rental and had 2 full bedrooms, o e with a large king bed. My mother-in-law was texting the owner relentlessly and again the owner was so gracious to deal with that. Instant responses were received. I would stay here again and again.

Nice location off the main drag and elevated enough for some great views! Walking distance to shops, hot springs and restaurants. Facilities had everything......very well thought out! We plan to stay there many more times.......

Excellent location right in the middle of town.

The location was good and the property was comfortable for our six day stay. We could walk into town, though it is steep and might not be so easily done if you are staying during winter. The only thing that we were missing was a bath mat. We ended up using a towel since we didn't find one.

We had a wonderful first stay, and decided to return because of the location and view, and the furnishings are great. It was is great order the first time. Unfortunately, the 2nd time found the dwelling not as clean as it should have been. We were not even sure if the sheets had been changed. There were dust bunnies under both beds, the fridge wasn't wiped out, and the towels were sour. We bought Tide and washed all of the towels. Perhaps it's the choice of detergent that the cleaning service uses, but it did not do the job. Also, there is no step stool available. That should be at the location to accommodate people that are short. am Frank Remmert's wife, and I am petite. Everything is geared to tall people, and I needed to drag a chair to use the microwave and access kitchen ware. Also, kitchen supplies were in short order; baggies, Seran wrap, etc. There was enough toilet paper, paper towels, and dishwashing pods though. Usually all basic supplies are provided, and the above mentioned supplies were pretty meager this time. We like the ambiance of the place, and the location, and we hope these kinds of things get addressed better. Sorry to not be able to give a better review this time.
