- Some things (iron, hair dryer, microwave) provided
- Cars were parking in front of the gate (this is not the apartment's issue, but might help to put a warning sign)

Very comfortable and new apartment. Has a very good air coinditioning. The owner is very helpful. Nice neighbourhood. The sea is nearby as well. there are verygood restaurants very close. good choice, so very recommended.

Location was great. The apartment had everything one needs for a basic but confortable stay. Kitchen is well equiped.
The apartment living room was a bit dark and bathroom sewage system was smelly at times.

The area is out of the city, however there are a nice bar plaza area only 10 minutes walk.
The washing machine is violent when it shakes. However, to avoid loud noises and such put the washing machine on a 500 spin.

location is nice
unfortunately some things were dissatisfied, when you enter the bathroom you have a small of sewerage system. The couch is not comfortable for staying, the washing machine is super noisy while it is on. Mattress on the bed is not in the perfect condition. The host is welcoming and helpful but we were not satisfied with the accommodation and very disappointing

The washing machine needs to be fitted as it’s going up and down with incredibly loud noises that could wake up the whole first floor. The address was wrong as the flat is in the basement - so takeaway guys could not find us. The flat smells a lot if it’s closed for a bit of time so that needs to be fixed.

I can recommend Plastira apartment for sure. The owners were very pleasant to deal with! The apartment was well equipped with everything one needed. The rooms looked exactly as they were shown on the photos. There were 2 ACs (one in each room), close to the bus stop, calm neighborhood and a few great restaurants with tasty food close to the apartment.

Location is nice, apartment is nicely renovated.
The musty smell and damp is so strong that I didn’t want to go to sleep breathing in mould and that moisture air. My girlfriend couldn’t stay even for a night there. So I checked out a day before and they are struggling to give me a refund. I am really disappointed and keep in mi d that is really hard to communicate since they barley speak English.
