Heating in the room starts from 20-23h. We froze. I do not recommend it to people with small children. Given that I am allergic to dust, I had to personally wipe the dust in the room. Bathroom full of ants.

Convenient parking, restaurant on premises is excellent and many TV channels in English, which I welcomed after a long journey. Staff were terrific

It was super cold in room. They dont run heating all the time. We had to wear clothes and cover over our heads while sleeping. We changed 6 hotels on our trip, just this hotel was super cold inside.

we didn’t sleep there, we couldn’t get in. Nobody was there, we called many times, no answer. no key for apartment nothing

they left us outside with kids,we needed to find another hotel. we want our money back please we are so desperate from this

Helpful friendly staff. The restaurant is excellent. Splendid view to the lake and the mountains from the balcony.

The room was quite chilly. We were there in December.

First, hotel staff were great. Always very helpful and did everything they could to assist. Second, big terrace facing the lake on two sides of the building is a massive attraction; they could have turned this into more rooms and have larger capacity. Really nice to have this space though. We ate at the hotel restaurant and ordered quite a lot of food. Every dish we ordered was quite delicious, especially the *massive* rib-eye which was also incidentally cooked to perfection. Breakfast in the morning was good, nice variety of cereals, cakes, croissants, juices, and good coffee delivered by the staff. Parking easy and extensive, although the entry and exit of the parking were a little uneven/bumpy, could be improved/flattened.

1. I booked the 'Superior triple room with Lake View Terrace', so was quite disappointed to find that our lake view was *only* the terrace; it required us to go out onto the [shared] terrace to see the lake at all. More disappointing was that other rooms had direct forward-facing view of the terrace/lake so why we got the 'crappy' version, I'm not sure. For info, Room 106 sits on the corner and has both forward (lake-wise) and side windows/lighting so that's the one to ask for if booking in future. 2. The hotel's location is true to its name 'Grotto' - it sits up against a hill facing northwards, so gets no sun at all the entire day, though maybe in the middle of summer there is something in early morning/late evening. I arrived at 14:00 and we left around midday the next day, and not once was there any hope at all of getting any sun on that nice lake-facing terrace.

If you need a res and quiet, it s not good be to in middle two rooms who has pats and small children. i don t have peace between two family ho make loud. And the balcony must be separate, we can not drink caffe in private.

the room we stayed in didn’t have a window, no good air circulation. The shower was too small - the whole bathroom doesn’t pass todays standard, sorry.
