The beds were comfortable. Room was spacious and clean. There is a microwave, laundry machines, vending machines, ice machine. Close to American Village, Camp Foster, Kadena. Lots of parking. Indoor pool.

The rooms and lobby were great nice and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Would stay again.
The women's locker room before going to the pool smelled horrible. The smell made me sick To my stomach. They badly need to take that carpet out and clean it. Smells like mildew and ammonia.

The room was big and really nice. The staff was very helpful.
We ordered the food from the take out menu and it was bad, we end up not using out extra vouchers as it was not worth it. The breakfast menu was descent.

There restaurant is next to the entrance and because of that seems like they don’t have good ventilation. After breakfast or lunch the lobby smells like food.

Couldn’t use the pool after check out same day, even though we weren’t able to check i. Until 6pm

We got a room on the 12th floor. It was spacious with a great view. The staff was exceptional; they were very kind and accommodating.

At Breakfast there is Not only Miso soup, but also western soup.
The room is super spacious, it would be good for family.
It would be perfect if there is hot spring (public bath)

There is no negative I saw hinestly, didnt stay ling enough to truly evaluate the location.

Staff were super lovely and friendly. Most spoke English or a bit of English.
A lot of free shuttle service available. We were able to get around with just the shuttle.
The property is a little old. It’s also very inconvenient to get to without a car. For the shuttle service, certain places were only restricted to a few pick up and drop off times.
