一入飯店就有人幫忙下行李，並且行李一路送到房間內，服務人員態度十分親切周到，飯店的海景非常美麗，雖然價錢高，但真的有貴賓級的享受😊非常值得。大眾池真的很舒適，推薦即使不來住也一定要來泡泡！

接駁車沒有了，但幸好還有巴士可以搭。

The view is beautiful, looking out to the ocean, you can also see planes landing as it overlooks Naha airport. With the outdoor private hot spring, it certainly did take away my tiredness of travelling. Breakfast is next level, it is one of the most enjoyable meals I’ve ever had in my life. Staff is amazing, polite and helpful, always with a smile on their faces. Parking is another thing that i appreciate, lots of free parking spaces right next to the hotel. Location is great, near lots of great restaurants and shops, with a perfect weather, I can easily spend a whole exploring around the area.

As nothing was open or available I was hugely surprised not to have been offered a discount or compensation. This was of course due to the typhoon but this was afforded us in our resort in Ishigaki.

I love the hospitality of the staff at this resort. They were beyond amazing and accommodating. The location was great for everyday food and beautiful siteseeing. The rooms were clean well. We had an emergency and the staff did great with responding and helping us out.

I did not like how small the room was and the smell that came from the drains. The desk were old and scratched up. Even though the location is great for food access, conveniency to the airport, and beautiful views of the ocean, it was not good if you want to explore the island. Taxis are expensive and bus rides will take 1-3hr to get to the main tourist areas. I will recommend renting a car.
