Full set of kicthenette, beautiful scenery, big room, a village house atmosphere

Loved every part of the stay. Strongly recommend this place. Host was friendly, room was spacious/clean/cozy, convenient for cooking and not far from buses that get you to ski lift departures. I visited Zermatt for ski traveling and chose this place w/o much info but was satisfied with my decision. Much thanks again to the twin/sister hosts.

the location of the apartment was good. near to all attractions and the view from our rooms was amazing. the best place to stay in zermatt. everything was good. kitchen fully equipped. we enjoyed staying here.

Everything!!! We booked the room with Matterhorn view and we had the most perfect view of the Matterhorn. The room is very spacious and I like how the kitchen is in another 'room'. If travellers are carrying alot of very heavy luggages, I suggest to take the taxi (~17 franc). Otherwise, it's still a lovely walk to the apartment from Zermatt station - about 10-15mins walk. The apartment has a lift which is a bonus! It's a lovely apartment, we appreciate the warm welcome and service!

The apartment is well maintained with full kitchen utensils & crockery. View was great and place is in a quiet area which we had wanted. The manager Karin is very helpful and caring, meeting our needs. Great apartment & place to be. Recommended to my freinds if they intend to visit Zermatt in future.

Ready with kitchenette and spacious room overlooking The Matterhorn. The room is spacious for 2 pax and powered with heater. Kitchenette is fully equipped with oven and dish washer. Easy access to the station and Coop.

There's nothing I dislike about it except for the early check out but I managed to get an extension from the kind host.

Nice apartment with Matterhorn view With kitchen and large room

The property was fantastic. Staff was very friendly and helpful in every aspect. The largest room we had in our 15 day vacation in Switzerland. The bed was also the most comfortable. Very clean and comfortable. Small kitchen was very useful. Laundry facilities on site were perfect for an extended vacation. Location was very good. Zermatt is a beautiful small village and easily walkable from the apartment. The area was very quiet, peaceful and had a perfect view of the Matterhorn from the room and the deck. Would definitely recommend starting there. Would also recommend booking directly with the hotel for the best rates.

Very nice apartment, comfortable, spacious and bright, great view, great location, and very good value for Zermatt. The host was very kind and welcoming. Highly recommended!

Everything. Excellent location. All restaurants and shops are just a minute away. Beautiful and very clean apartments. Amazing view of Matterhorn. Karin and Brigitte are excellent hosts who communicated very efficiently and helped us whenever required e.g provided us light blankets when some of our group felt a tad hot in the night. Highly highly recommended.

Nothing to not like about

We (family of four) stayed in a two bedroom apartment apartment on the fourth floor. The apartment was clean, modern and spacious. It was fully stocked with everything we needed. We had a lovely view of the Matterhorn and our host was helpful. There are laundry facilities onsite.

The town centre was about 5 min drive away so expect to pay 12-20 CHF each way. However, you can hire a bicycle instead. The Wi-Fi didn’t connect to the bedroom TV for Netflix. When I asked for assistance with this, the response I got was “I don’t know”, instead of someone coming to assist. Overall, however, we had a positive experience.

The apartment was great with an incredible view on the mountain. The kitchen is fully equipped.

We didn't get any instructions before our arrival. The key was in the apartment, and there was a note on the door to let us know which apartment was ours. The note said to enter the building and head to the apartment. Note that the city tax is only payable in cash. Although, the host accepted we paid with card as we didn't have cash. We also had to go pay the city tax at 8am. Finally, the bed wasn't very comfortable. We barely slept the two nights we were there. But the view was so good that we didn't mind too much.

everything! the place was very clean, location was considerably good. it was hassle free checking in and out. the kitchen was extremely well equipped too. we absolutely love our stay here!

some minor points - pillows were abit flat, would be good if hand wash is provided in the toilet too
