Beautiful decor, very comfortable rooms and nice outdoor seating area. On site parking is very convenient.

Neighborhood is not convenient to the medina and does not feel safe for walking to go eat in the evening. Room was right off the reception and you hear everything from above and outside….made for short sleeps. Was unable to book in at the spa/hammam (my reason for booking here) which was disappointing-due to me being the only one wanting to use it. Breakfast is basic offering a variety of breads, cakes, and coffee or tea.

Fatima Rachid and their staff blew my mind....I saw more than I could have ever imagined in the 9 days I stayed...in total comfort..they took amazing care of me...I am an older woman, travelling solo...I had no previous tours booked...they delivered..Fatima is the warmest caring host and Rachid must be the best driver I have ever experienced, he never lost his cool in the traffic...I felt totally safe...he also has a great sense of humour...the Hammam experience was also incredible ...I will miss them...and Morocco...place and people will be forever in my heart...thank you..❤🙏

We stayed in Fes at the start of April, and have been travelling since, hence the delay. The hotel was an experience, from the delicious breakfast, to the welcome with mint tea, to the extraordinary Hammam spa but most of all the wonderful staff. The location was brilliant for anyone with a car, we parked just outside in a quiet street that terminated at the hotel. We arrange a guide and taxi to the Medina, Rachid our guide was wonderful.

Nothing, it was a tremendous couple of days

Fahtima really cares that her guests enjoy her luxuriously appointed Riad and that we make the most of our time in Fez. She can arrange all sorts of tours and her guides are very knowledgeable and their english is excellent. The food provided is delicious and authentic. Having a Hamam and/or masseur available in the riad really makes it authentically Moroccon. Very very quiet location and a very restful place to call home for a while.

We will definitely be back in this Riad. Best place to visit Fes, the Riad is so cool and all furnished with typical moroccan style furnitures. The Breakfast was just amazing, all those kinds of homemade breads were fenomenal! Withiut doubts, Best Breakfast we had in our entire Moroccan Journey. And not to forget the Availability and kindness of the entire staff/family were above any expectatio, very much appreciated. Absolutely Recommended.

The room was nice and comfortable as was the lobby area. The breakfast was also very nice.

The hostess didn't want to be bothered to make us breakfast when we asked for it. It was a bit too early for her. There was no soap nor shampoo in the bathroom and by the time we realized this, it was too late to ask for it. This place is hard to find. The hostess also initially told us we could check out late but then the next morning changed her mind. I wouldn't stay here again.

Excelent breakfast and the cooker was great. The help that owner provides concerning out trip and all the advises she gives us about the next places we will visit.

The internet disconnected at night without any reason by the owner in the last day and the light in the toillet working by sensor that is always switching off

the property if fantastic in perfect Moroccan style. this is the place you should stay if u want a full experience. atmosphere is so traditional. the stuff are super kind and ready to help.

Everything was great, the hostess is always there to help, the service is at a great level. Possibility to buy a hammam and massage, which is worth recommending.

A big thank you to Rachid and Khadija who helped to render our stay in Fes memorable. Khadija's breakfast and Hammam treatment as well as our conversations with her were delightful. Rachid let us feel like VIPs with his private transport and numerous attentions.

A beautifully presented house in a quiet location, but still only 15 minutes by taxi from the medina, Ideal refuge from the noise and heat of the city, but still convenient. Large, comfortable rooms, impeccably and tastefully furnished, Mme Fatima was a wonderful, convivial host, very helpful in organising tours with her driver and local guide, and providing a splendid home-cooked dinner when we were too exhausted to go out.

nice atmosphere, well decorated room, staff was polite and welcoming and we really enjoy breakfast . the owner is super knowledgeable about the city and its history , she gave us tips for places to see

we had to ask for the hot water to be turned on and she asked us if instead of having a shower we preferred to have a hot Hammam for which we would have had to pay for 30 euros each. after refusing we got the hot water turned on in the room the property is far from the main attractions - 20 min taxi ride from the ancient city when we went alone by night we paid 20 DHR for the ride with a petite taxi (red one). the riad instead offers a similar service but for the price of 200 DHR. we took their service on the last day out of convenience but we knew it was overpriced . we even been told it was a “friendly” price. anyways we had a nice experience but these two events made it a little bit odd.

Fatima the owner is very friendly and helpful. The Riad is very authentic, it has an own hamam and you have a chance to get nice argan oil massage. They provide nice home made local food and for request they organize different guided tours as well in the city and all around Marocco.

No fridge in the room to have cold water during night

The reception was wonderful. As soon as we stepped through the door we felt at home and were received with Moroccan tea. The lady that managed the place and their brother who was our driver were amazing hosts. Money and payment was the last worry of them, they were only thinking about our well being and pleasure while we were there. They booked us a local guide that gave as a tour around the Medina and took us to the tannery, herbalist, cloth shop and through the markets. They also cooked as a Moroccan meal for dinner that was incredibly good with their Moroccan bread and Tajine as well as some very good soup for starters and fresh fruit for desert. The breakfast was something special. Lots of different things all fresh all tasty and all very presentable.

The riad was good but it looks like a big villa not a riad. The internal structure was beautiful with arabic details. Rachid and Fatima were available for informations.

Rachid was nice but he made some mistakes with us. He charged us 10 euros more by mistake but he refused to make a refund via bank transaction. Not very nice. And we were supposed to pay by cash on site but he took the money from the credit card without telling us. The bad was uncomfortable for our back, we did not sleep very well. Breakfast was nothing soecial just besical staff . Not complaining about the quality of the products bit actually did not match out expectation!

Rashid has a beautiful Riad that left us wishing we were there for more time. Our room was gorgeous and bed comfortable, shower hot and strong. The breakfast was amazing! We were stuffed! We were well taken care of!

The riad is in a beautiful building in old style. Location was easy to reach from the airport but was not ideal as it is far from places to see. Breakfast was good. Staff was very friendly and helpful in arranging for a professional guide and providing useful advice for the rest of the trip

Bathroom is old, hamman was not working, neighbourhood where the riad is located is not attractive
