The home is located in an neighborhood that is quiet and close to Bruges. Rose and Roland were very nice. Rose put out a breakfast that offered quite a variety and was delicious! Our room was spotless and parking was convenient.
Our "private bathroom" was down the hallway near the front door and open stairway. The shower and sinks were in another room neither of which was connected to our bedroom. It was sooo cold we had trouble getting to sleep. When we came back to the house in the evening we couldn't even take our coats off. We had no control of the heat.

Home is at the end of a street with convenient, easy parking, and beautiful, serene backyard. The hosts were more than accommodating and even drove us into the city center. Breakfast was a true highlight each morning.

Extremely friendly and welcoming owners. Lovely room with private toilet and very spacious bathroom. In the room also fridge and kitchen utensils. Delicious breakfast.

The breakfast was amazing and since we had to leave very early our host made sandwiches for us for the trip - a truly caring gesture!

The breakfast is very rich. All stuff are clean. Rose and Roland are very nice, provide daily transfers to the city with their car if you don't drive here. There is a farm nearby with animals: horses, cattle, rabbits, chicken, different kinds of vehicles for kids.
It would be perfect if there was a bathtub.

The hosts were great, very nice and helpful. The room was very nice, very clean, the equipment was perfect. We could rent a bike for free. breakfast was delicious. We had a wonderful time here.

The hosts were the nicest people, and made us feel very welcome. One of the best breakfasts I've ever had! Plenty of choices and fresh. If we visit Brugges again we will return without hesitation, and will recommend B&B Roseland to our friends and family.

Rose is an excellent host, her house is adorable, in a beautiful neighborhood full of lush greenery.
Her breakfast was delicious, with a view to a beautiful garden with sauirrels and she was a lot of help with our very late check in and extremely accomodating.
The location is not only beautiful, but also very close to the town of Brugge, just 15 mins on bike (provided by the B&B).
It was a great experience and we only hope to be back one day!

We had a lovely stay at Roseland B&B. The room was great, very comfortable and large for a family of four. Rose the owner of the hotel was extremely friendly and charming and she offered to take us into Bruges town centre on the first night and pick us up after our meal there. The breakfast was delicious and we all enjoyed it very much. I would definitely return there to stay.
