The location was great. It is located on a quiet street close to all the sights. Staff was very kind and professional. The room was great.

Hotel itself is lovely with lots of interesting antiques and pictures which contributed to a warm cosy atmosphere. The breakfast was very good with lots of choices which were replenished if needed. There was even Cava on offer which made a very good bucks fizz! The breakfast room was a lovely traditional room with tables laid to a high standard. Staff were friendly, approachable and professional. I would definitely stay here again when I next visit bruges

Room needed a little refreshing with painting but the bed was very comfy and the antique furniture was a nice touch.

The location was excellent - 10 minutes walk from the square Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. We walked everywhere Staff were friendly We just had breakfast on one morning and it was very good

Parts of the hotel could do with refurbish Worn carpets in places but all clean and bedrooms were large and freshly refurbished

I love old hotels with character. this had plenty. the courtyard lobby/sitting area/bar was great. And the location was terrific… close enough the the center of town to be convenient but outside the really touristy area.

it was beautifully decorated and felt tradition and authentic but still clean and modern - except the old part of the building seemed a bit tired.

Liked all as above .The room was very clean and warm as we entered the room. Location as we had asked for .Looking out to the city street and the river. Breakfast ,plenty to choose from ,with bubbles .All of the staff were warm and welcoming .

myself and my husband were able to deal with manoeuvring a buggy throughout the hotel, but with step access to the front and rear of the property it would make it difficult for some travelling with mobility issues, and this should be clear on their website also whilst the rooms appeared tidy, it was apparent thorough cleaning was not undertaken on surface areas and under beds as there was a large amount of dust accumulated in these areas which clearly had not been cleaned in a while. something to note, especially post pandemic

Staff at breakfast not overly friendly although efficient. Would have liked to be able to have the opportunity to have had simple room service for food as arrived late after 12 hours travelling and everything in Brugge closed.

Charming period feel, sumptuously decorated but well appointed, good combination of modern comfort and a ‘back in time’ experience. lovely staff and good breakfast as well.
