Loved our stay. The house is very clean and cozy and perfect location to beach and town. Regina is a wonderful host and her gardens around property are gorgeous!! Easy come and go with door key pad as adult kids often ventured out to beach or biking trails.

My wife, 2 children (2 and 5) and labradoodle had a wonderful stay at Regina's home. We booked the home for the location. It is a short walk to the beach and a 10 minute walk to Main Street Falmouth, which has numerous cute stores and restaurants. It is also a 5-10 minute drive from the super market, Woods Hole (ferry terminal and cool town), numerous play grounds and the home of the Falmouth Cape League Baseball team. Regina (owner) is very nice and helpful. House was consistent with its presentation in the listing.

My family and I had a great time staying at this home. The house is a short walk to the beach (perfect to not have to worry about beach parking!) and nice walk to Main Street. Check in process and instructions were very easy / helpful and the host, Regina, was incredibly friendly and gracious throughout our stay. We would love to stay here again.

This was the second time my family stayed here and everything was wonderful. There were also nice updates - easy keyless entry and a digital thermostat. You cannot beat this location or the included beach items to use, and the owner is super nice and fast with replying.

Great home ,2 minutes walk from the ocean. Nothing was to much trouble for regina .she was very helpful with great knowledge of the area .we thoroughly enjoyed our time

Clean and comfortable home with lovely garden and updated kitchen and bath in a great location. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. The main street with it's shops and restaurants is a comfortable walk or a 5 minute drive away. The owner was very helpful, kind and welcoming and made sure that we had everything we needed, and shared useful information with lots of info about local restaurants and attractions.

We were very pleased to find this clean, comfortable cottage so close to downtown, and closer to the beach. Very quiet, peaceful with all amenities. The top floor bedroom was spacious with its own bath and wall to wall rug, downstairs bedrooms very bright and private. Kitchen perfect for our needs, we like to eat in half of the time away. New microwave and solid stove/oven. Nice backyard. Our hostess was totally wonderful and available if needed. Neighborhood great for walking - we really enjoyed it and look forward to returning. Just one recommendation: a solid rubber mat for the downstairs bath.

Stayed in this wonderful property for 10 days in October. Was very clean and the kitchen had everything you could need. Location is perfect for access to the beach and the town. We brought our shitzu with us and it was perfect. Regina the owner loves dogs and Murphy loved her. So nice to find such a lovely home to stay at in the cape and be able to take our little guy with us. Can’t say enough about our host Regina. Very friendly and always quick to respond to any questions we had. Helped with suggestions for local restaurants, stores and locations to walk our dog in beautiful settings. We hope to return to this home sooner not later. Thank you Regina.

Came to Falmouth for an extended Columbus Day weekend. It was great!!!! The location is to die for. I took a dawn walk with my dog every morning to the beach to watch the sun rise and the moon set. My adult son got to explore the water creatures and when I had wet stuff that needed to be dried, Regina surprised us with a drying rack. Regina seemed to know our needs and filled them without us even asking. We were able to bicycle multiple times on the Shining Sea Bike path which is just simply amazing. Love, love, it. This is the best house and was very comfortable for the 3 adults and a dog. The outdoor area is fabulous, Regina has quite a green thumb with beautiful flowers everywhere. We even saw monarch butterflies on her butterfly bushes, simply amazing. Definitely will be back! Thanks Regina!!!

Perfect place for our families.. 4 adults and 2 kids. Very comfortable place neat and clean with easy parking, a nice yard with patio furniture, umbrella and fire pit… plus everything we needed for the beach.

This was the perfect apartment for my small family to be close to the water and downtown Falmouth. We enjoyed every minute of our stay here and look forward to returning again next year!

Just returned from a wonderful 7 day relaxing vacation! The location is great – short walk to the beach, within walking distance to town with great shops and restaurants. Regina is fabulous – very helpful and responsive; provides so many extras – access to a grill, lots of kitchen essentials to make cooking a breeze, firepit for the evenings! Bonus we were able to bring our furry family member. Great neighborhood; can’t wait to return!!

We spent five awesome days bouncing around Falmouth, and it would be hard to find a better location from which to do it. Just a block from the beach and a short walk to downtown, we were in town at the tail end of the off season but the walkability still made it easy to access everything in town and avoid any traffic or parking nightmares. The house itself was clean and tidy and had everything we needed for a few days, and Regina was very responsive and helpful as a host. Bonus points for being able to bring our dogs with us!

Well equipped unit steps from the beach. We celebrated our first ever Christmas on the Cape. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our Christmas dinner! We were able to bring our furry kid ‘Bella’ as well to this clean, pet friendly unit. We had a wonderful Christmas with the entire Family!

Had the best time ever. The beach was close, the bike path was close by, and the Town of Falmouth was just down the road.

It's really close to the beach! It was pretty much perfect for our family which included my 86 year old Mom. The yard is very nice. I can't really think of any complaint. The host was fine -- she really helped us get set up and from there it was easy-peazy!

It was as advertised- quiet yet perfectly located, 5 mins to Surf Beach, 15 to Main St, a 10 min drive to Woods Hole. We had a few minutes huddling in the closets due to tornado warning but Regina had lanterns provided. Everything one needs and more! Thank you Regina for the lovely home.

Perfect location for a family vacation. A well stocked unit, in a nice neighborhood and is only a short walk to the beach. We can't wait to go there again!

Our temporary seaside home wasClean and in fine condition with plenty of room for all 3 of us to spread out and have our own space. The entire top floor was my sanctuary with a king sized bed as well as a twin bed closet my own bathroom And space for yoga. The property was peaceful surrounded by flowers, With a spacious garden frequented by rabbits and adored by my dogs. The sea was close by, as was the quaint town, and we walked there daily. There’s a bike path along the ocean with dramatic Vistas. The two short days of Tranquility, fine company afforded by our hostess and the sea air had the salubrious Effect sorely needed after Covid.

We had a great stay - great location - Regina was an amazing host very accommodating and telling us interesting places to/how to get there. We loved the town and beaches of Falmouth but also a great spot to use as a home base as we traveled to Newport RI, Provincetown and Martha's Vineyard.

Positives: 2 blocks to Surf beach, convenient to Main Street, well equipped, dog friendly, friendly host, parking available, good lighting, walkway well lit at night, quiet areaGood to know: yard isn’t fenced for dogs but did have tie out, no designated place for dog to relieve itself on property, stairs to Second floor steep and uncarpeted( our elderly dog could not manage), sheets and towels could use an upgrade
