Although we did know the bathroom was just down a corridor we hadn’t realised it was at the top of main staircase

Everything you required for a hearty breakfast was available. The fresh fruit salad was exceptional. The cooked food was hot. The attention to detail in the guest areas was very high indeed.

Wonderful farmhouse cannot fault anything we had the room which was very spacious that had a separate private bathroom( little sceptical not having en-suite ) again very spacious & I didn't find it a problem at all , great base for travelling around certainly be back ,breakfast was excellent & Sue could not do enough for us .

Very narrow lanes to the farmhouse go careful only room for one car in most places , but soon got used to them 😆

This was a lovely place to stay. It is actually much nicer than the photos show.

The location was truly beautiful, the views from the garden and the windows of our room were far reaching and serene. We enjoyed sitting in the spacious garden soaking up the peaceful and secluded atmosphere. Breakfast was delicious, cooked to order, and nothing was too much trouble. The farmhouse itself is very roomy, you could relax in the sitting room, outside on the terrace or in the garden. The decor and furnishings were very tasteful, we really felt as though we had stayed somewhere quite special. We would love to stay again.

The loction was great although the lane is a bit narrow in placed. The breakfast is without doubt,one of the best full english we have had for awhile and the eggs could not have been fresher,from the chickens in the garden

Best bed and breakfast we have stayed in. Would highly recommend Sue’s home for a bed and breakfast and the location was spectacular and only 15 mins by car to Sidmouth. Wonderful experience.

Sue a perfect host, spotlessly clean bathroom and bedroom .Breakfast lovely even had vegetarian option ,views spectacular , peaceful and close to beach and eating places…. bed most comfortable , what wasn’t to love !
