We absaloutly loved it. My husband is legally blind at everything was up to 10 for a person like him.

Tisaya Gold has deteriorated. No longer anyone at reception. You are asked to collect the keys 3 miles away. I refused and they eventually arranged for the cleaner to give me the keys. I have stayed here for the last 7 years. The bar is rarely open.

Pool and outdoor facilities were great. Apartments were big, well equipped, and relaxing.

Check-in and checkout process. Couldn't find information about how to do this and ended up being helped by cleaning staff. A small bump in a great stay though.

Only think wich I loved was pool. And staff was nice

Very dirty, wifi very weak. Very far from seaside. . Very very Dirty.No bus transfer , looks like you stuck in village. Defenetly need car. Staff was really helpful. Booking com useless when you have problems. For that price we find other one absolute fantastic 1 bedroom apartment in Maspalomas. 200m from seaside.

The pool area - and the free bus service to the beach and the shopping centers in Playa Ingles.

The prices in the restaurant - and they did not take credit cards. So that is why we only went there once.

Helmet and Katherine are lovely hosts. It’s very clean, comfortable beds, great pool and a very pretty little complex. At night it was quiet and relaxing and easy to sleep. A perfect escape from the centre of Playa del Ingles. And the food onsite cooked by Katherine gets a big thumbs up - fresh, tasty and great value for money. We will be back thank you both .
