The entrance is really nice and lovely. The rooms were also ok enough.

The rooms had a lot of floor space, and no mirrors except near the bathroom. there were a lot of bugs in the shower, the towels were stained and grey and the pillow case stained. The hotel manager fixed this when we complained and offered us free breakfasts, taxi and dinner. breakfast was mediocre. Not all staff spoke English.

non smoking room stank of smoke , lipstick stain on the coffee cup for all 3 days of our stay, 1 towel instead of the normal 4 each day , the towels are grey and worn, even threadbare , keycard needs to be reset every time I left the hotel, guests slamming doors all night long keeping us awake , dust in the communal stairs and the light chandeliers many lights out on stairs , needs serious improvement

Central location with a lot of shops and facilities around. Breakfast : good choice and abundant. Punctual taxi service to and from the airport. Room comforable and clean.

We were never able to talk , face to face , with the tourist desk which made us suspect that it was a third party source. However, with some difficulty and insistence , we managed to comunicate and get our plans implemented. An early morning check out was "stressfully" delayed because of a faulty printer !!!

Location is central. Staff were accommodating and friendly. Most requests were fulfilled.
