Excellent, very generous Continental breakfast with home-baked rolls and pastries
Delightful garden which we were welcome to use as much as we liked
Very friendly and helpful host
Our room didn't have an en suite bathroom, although we had a private bathroom nearby. Other, larger rooms did have en suite facilities

Tout était parfait: Majken, notre hôtesse, était adorable à tous points de vue. La chambre était très spacieuse et bien décorée, les lits douillets, la salle de bain pratique et belle, le jardinet la terrasse magnifiques, et le petit déjeuner délicieux et copieux. Tout était super soigné et beau. La situation était top, près du centre et de la plage. Une adresse que nous recommandons chaudement ! Mange tak Majken !

The perfect place to stay. Beautiful surroundings. The rooms was great, spacious and beautifully decorated with comfy bed and lounge seats and table. All rooms have doors leading to the garden where you can enjoy breakfast. The breakfast is amazing with homemade bread and pastries and enough food to make some lunch for later. The kitchen is available to use so you can buy some drinks and food to keep in the fridge which for us was great to make picnics and have a beer or wine in the evening. You can hire bikes a few doors down at a local hotel. The B&B is just a few minutes walk from the beach and a lovely coastal path. Majken is the perfect host and we couldn't have felt more welcome. If travelling by train it is only 10 minutes walk from the station. We will definitely be coming back.

We had a nice room with entrance to the garden, which was nice. We could sit outside our room enjoying eg breakfast. Very nice serviceminded staff. Excellent homemaid breakfast. Walking distance to town, under 300 meters.

This is by far the best B&B we ever stayed in.
It's located in a beautiful and laid-back town, just 40 minutes drive north of Copenhagen.
We came in the summer and there are many restaurants, shops, food trucks and of course the port with a lovely beach
Our host Majken was amazing and super helpful and recommended many activities and restaurants and made us feel at home.
The place itself is a big house with private rooms and a common kitchenette where you can eat or meet other guests.
There's also a big garden just outside the room.
We had a very big and comfortable room. Everything was super clean and fancy, even the toiletries were high quality and it was obvious that the host wanted to create the perfect experience for her guests.

A quiet and peaceful location for a restful stay! The rooms and the shared areas are all very clean and well maintained. Breakfast was amazing...no hot meals, but a nice variety of fruits, cheese, and other options, plus delicious home-made rolls and croissants. Majken was a great host and very knowledgeable about the area, so she has great recommendations on places to visit.

The owner, Majken, is a great host and is super attentive to make sure you have all you need to be comfortable and relaxed. We loved our deluxe room. It was beautiful, comfortable (great bed & linnen!) and very clean. The garden is lovely with a lot of sun and good sitting places. The kitchen / breakfast area is comfortable and practical. Great breakfast. The location is outstanding. We loved it all and will be back as soon as we can.

I spent wonderful days at the Trouville Bed & Breakfast. The accommodation is spacious, clean, quiet and located near the beach. Mayken is the perfect host, always here to fulfill your wishes. The breakfast was rich and fresh and the every-morning-homemade buns were DELICIOUS. My God, what more can you demand?

Our host was incredibly gracious and helpful to us. The breakfasts were wonderful and enhanced by her home made buns and delicious every day. The room was very commodious and spotlessly clean.

Have just stayed at Trouville B&B for the second time. It is so lovely and luxurious in an understated way. Majken makes you feel very welcome, respects guests’ privacy and provides the best breakfast :)

Very homely atmosphere and caring service, but still more like a hotel. It was a great balance. Good position not far from the beach.
Everything was great. Had it been on the next road, which is closest to the beach it would have been even greater!

We really enjoyed our stay here - the rooms are super comfortable and everything was nice and clean. We loved the easy access to the peaceful patio/garden area. The B&B is located in a nice, quiet part of Hornbæk, yet it's close to both the town and the beach. Majken was a lovely & friendly host.
