This condo is beautifully decorated. It has wonderful views of the lake. Everything you could need is provided. The location is close to lots of Hot Springs activities

The condo is nice and has beautiful views. Very roomy. Great location. The pool and hot tub were open. The only negative we had was that the check-in instructions for unit number were not included in the welcome message and there needed to be more directions for finding the specific building in the welcome message. The beds were very uncomfortable, but it was overlooked. We will probably book again in the future.

Enjoyed a great getaway on Lake Hamilton in this fabulous condo, which had very nice waterfront views. The condo was beautifully decorated, spacious, and had 2 balconies facing the lake. Also located within easy access to Hot Springs and the local attractions. Would highly recommend it.

Spoke with the owner about items that are dented upon arrival was the door it was very noticeable that the door to the bedroom had a big dent as we noticed right off but we did not have time to inspect the entire property as we had things planned out in the city Later on in the week we noticed other things such as the uncleanliness of the unit. Later on a few night later late in the night the toilet tissue roll just fell off the wall when I pulled the tissue off the roll obviously it was loose and not attached well and then on another occasion the towel rack in the same bathroom just fell off into the tub while as I was getting ready to bathe my 2 year old in the tub thankfully it didn’t hit her in the head as it was just above the tub. There were other things such as a hole in the screen on the patio. When I contacted the owners she said I was responsible for those things and she was screaming over the phone. I have use VRBO many times and never experienced this type of unprofessional Behavior. I was calling to let her know of the things in the bathroom as stated. If it was secure to the wall it wouldn’t have fallen as there was no damage to the wall. I have pictures of everything as she was accusing us for things that she should’ve known needed fixing before we arrive. She was telling me I should let her know as soon as I saw those things (well I was on vacation) I told her I let her know as soon as I could and it was not my responsibility to make sure it was right before we arrived it was hers.

We enjoyed staying here very much! The view is incredible, we loved the pool and hot tub. Everything was exactly as described. Shannon was great at communicating with us. We’d stay here again!

See some fall color
The condo was just as advertised. The layout was great, not the usual shotgun style, seemed very spacious. We have stayed near the historic district in the past and wanted the serenity of Lake Hamilton. The location was perfect, close to town but away from the commotion. Shannon, the owner, was very gracious and quick to respond to any questions we had. The condo was well stocked with kitchenware. Lovely getaway.

Beautifully decorated condo overlooking the lake! Great location away from busy downtown Hot Springs yet just minutes away from all the action. No contact easy check-in/check-out process. Owner was just a quick text away for any questions. The condo was immaculate and the beds were comfy! Would stay here again!

Getaway
The view was spectacular .... very relaxing. I always enjoy visiting Hot Springs, the shopping and attractions are plentiful. A lot of local restaurant to choose from instead of chain eateries. We will definitely rent again.

Best view of lake
We stay in Hot Springs a lot. This was certainly the best view we've ever had, and that was our intent when booking. Property was clean, well maintained, and had everything we needed, even a real glass martini glass! : ) Views of the lake from the bedroom, the living area, the dining room and 2 decks. Lake view was expansive, panoramic, and pleasant day and night. Convenient entry and easy communication with management/owner.

Perfect Retreat
The property was just as pictured - clean, warm, and just beautifully decorated. The owners texted us on our drive down to ensure we had everything we needed to obtain access and were very responsive both during and after our stay. We give the property 5 stars, The only thing I would change is to add a TV in the bedroom, but even without that, it's 5 stars - easily!

Hot Springs Getaway
MY wife and I have been to Hot Springs many times , but this condo was by far the best place we have stayed. Very convenient to everything, yet removed from the crowds. The decor was spot on with all the amenities. The owner was great to work with ! We will definitely be back !!!!

Great Getaway!
Overall the property was exactly as described. The pool was lovely and awesome to have available in August. The check-in process was kind of frustrating, someone had locked the doorknob so we could not enter the unit with code. The property manager was pleasant enough, but you don't want to hear, "I don't know if we have any keys", when you are standing outside with all your belongings. The outside seating area is TIGHT- and the grill was nice to have, but it smells like a grill when you are enjoying the lake views from the balcony. The windows were awesome and it was decorated lovely. The towels in the bathrooms smelled musty, but there is laundry in the unit and thankfully some Tide Pods as well, easy fix. We had a great time and would definitely consider going back to this complex again.

Amazing place..,
From the very first contact I knew this was going to be a great experience. The property manager was very helpful and the condo was perfect. Well appointed and fabulous views. We also brought our boat and our slip and trailer storage was very accessible. We will definitely be back!!!

Lake Hamilton Family Vacation
The condo is in an ideal location with easy access to restaurants, marina, and grocery stores. The place was pretty clean but I found several dishes/utensils in the kitchen that had were dirty and had to be washed before use. In the current COVID state of affairs I found this unacceptable. Comfortable beds in both bedrooms but the lack of curtains in the master made it impossible to sleep past 7am because of all the bright light. Bathrooms were fairly well stocked but at this price point I expected more [no bath mats or body soap]. The iron is in desperate need of replacing it is rusted so if you need to iron anything bring your own. We did not use the patio much because of the heat but it had a grill and seating. Very quiet and clean pool and neighborhood. Might stay again in the complex but look for a different unit. Janet the manager was very responsive and helpful.

Birthday Getaway
We came with our family for a few days to celebrate a birthday in Hot Springs and it was amazing. The condo was wonderful. Very clean and in a beautiful location.
