The condo had nice new finishes. Location was great. Since this is a wood framed condo, you could hear the tenant above this condo moving around at all hours of the day and night.

Katie was available for any concerns. The condo was clean and convenient. It was even stocked with sufficient toilet paper and cleaning supplies for the dishwasher and washing machine, which saved time. Would go back.

The condo is exactly as it appears. Very clean, well decorated and well stocked. Beds are comfortable and nice thick towels. Patio was very relaxing with a ceiling fan, very comfortable. Owner was very responsive and check in was very easy.

The condo was nice ,surface clean but needs a deep cleaning and beds need new mattresses . Beautiful view and convenient to stores and restaurants overall we enjoyed our stay , happy with it would stay again!

My family of 6 people (2 kids, 2 in-laws and us) had plenty of room to feel comfortable and at home while away. Lake Norman is a nice setting and peaceful in October. Club Moe was perfectly located to our events in Charlotte and Concord. Plus this place is fully equipped, felt right at home. Beautiful décor, comfy couches, and nice beds. Port City Club restaurant next door has good food too. Would rent again.

Absolutely delightful and just as described

We really enjoyed the condo and the area. We were visiting our famiky in Huntersville and decided to rent a condo this time. Our children were having their kitchen remodeled. The condo had everything we needed during our stay. We enjoyed the pool, fishing and the area. The kitchen had everything we needed for family dinners.

Great stay

My family, including 4yo and 10mo, traveled to the LKN area to visit with family we hadn't seen for two years. It was a perfect spot for connecting with grandparents, who stayed with us, and local family. The condo was exceptionally clean and very well appointed, with comfortable furniture and a well-stocked kitchen (there's even a waffle iron!). We appreciated the supply of beach towels, pool noodles, and games. The grandparents enjoyed having coffee on the patio every morning, although it should be noted that the local restaurant is next door and there is a steady stream of delivery trucks and garbage trucks starting early in the morning. The only issue we had was the dishwasher didn't properly function our entire visit (5 nights). The property manager was responsive, but ultimately unable to resolve the issue during our stay. We would love to stay again on our next visit!

We really enjoyed our week at this LKN condo! The owners have gone above and beyond to equip the condo with anything you could possibly need. I inquired about a cooler to use, and Katie brought one over the same day! The condo is very clean, comfortable, and has a great view of the lake. We walked right over to the restaurant a couple times for dinner, and also appreciated the close proximity to Birkdale Village too. We loved sitting out on the patio and taking walks around the lake path. We would love to stay here again sometime!

I have to say this is one of the best properties we have ever experienced! It was very clean, kitchen very well stocked, great location, and we loved the view!! We would definitely stay here again!!

The condo itself was updated, clean, and had everything we needed. It's within walking distance to docks and a restaurant on the water. The tennis courts are in sad shape, but the pool was nice and overall everything was great.

This listing is very accurate. The condo was very clean and well appointed with all necessities. The view of the lake was very nice and we enjoyed walking around the lake everyday. Katie was very helpful when we encountered a minor issue with the TV the first night. We would definitely go back for a longer time!

Perfect place. Clean and comfy for our family of 5. Loved having a full kitchen, board games, and puzzles. Close to stores and restaurants. Easy freeway access as well. This is the second unit we have stayed at in this complex. Katie is great to work with. We will be back!

Really enjoyed our time at this condominium. Had everything including spices, Saran wrap, foil, coffee filters, all new appliances and coffee machine...everything...Etc. Bedding great. Location right next to the Port restaurant. Would definitely stay here again.

My family and I loved every minute of staying at this property for vacation. The check in/check out process was seamless. Communication with the property manager Katie was fantasic, she was always available and easy to talk with. The condo itself was very clean and furnished beautifully. The view of the southern part of the lake is nice. It has access to a dock with visitor's slips that can be used if you rent a boat. The beds were very comfortable and its also right next to a restaurant which had very good food. All in all it was great experience.
