Sisseregistreerumine oli mugav ja arusaadav. Kõik vajalik oli toas olemas.

Suhtlus- kui kirjutada eesti keeles või inglise keeles, siis vastuse saab ainult vene keeles. Reisin koos koeraga ja eelnevalt oli teavitatud, et selle eest on lisatasu, mis on arusaadav ja mida tuli koha peal maksta. Koha peal aga kedagi ei olnud, kellele lisatasu maksta. Hiljem sain kirja vene keeles, kus saadeti teade et lisatasu on maksmata ja saadeti kontonumber kuhu lisatasu maksta, aga kirjas kõlas ka ähvardus, et kui ära ei maksa siis satud musta nimekirja. Ei jätnud koha peal teadlikult maksmata, vaid kohapeal ei olnud kedagi kellele seda maksta.

Details zur Wohnung nur auf Estnisch! Fast unmöglich reinzukommen und/oder sein Apartment zu finden! Keine Lüftung im Zimmer, Fenster nicht zu öffnen. In den Bädern und auch im Zimmer keine Waschbecken.

Good service an extra equipment in the room(spoons etc,micro wave,hot wster cooker,soap,sho polish etc.Big shopping mall beside with a grocery supermarked selling all ready cooked dishes and pizzas rtc you need!

Отель сам по себе неплохой, всё необходимо есть + тапочки и зубная щётка, что редкость в таких местах

Была с собакой. О том что проживание собаки платное сообщили день в день, на странице указана другая информация. Счёт на оплату не отправили, ресепшена в отеле нет. Как оплатить не сказали, мы выехали в 5 утра. Вместо счета на оплату пришли обвинения в том, что мы сбежали, а весь номер в собачьем дерьме и ущерб отелю нанесен в размере 100 евро. Никакого дерьма мы после себя не оставляли, в отеле провели одну ночь.

I traveled by car, so there were no complaints about the location. It was great that a parking tag had been left in the car, which allowed you to park for free near the hotel. The room was ascetic, but functional. The room had a fridge, microwave and kettle so you can use them for breakfast and heated food in the evening. Grocery stores were nearby, as well as restaurants. The shared bathroom also appeared to have a washing machine.

The lodge was pretty ugly in terms of aesthetics. Maybe you could invest a little in comfort.

Из плюсов в комнате были тапочки в упаковке, чайник, столовые приборы, чай, кофе и вафли. Так же холодильник и телевизор.

Ожидание по описанию на booking не соответствует реальности. Снимала улучшеный номер 24 м2. В итоге получила комнату около 14 м2 с общей ванной комнатой (то есть за пределами номера). Состояние этого "отеля" реальная богадельня. Вещи надо называть своими именами - не отель, а хостел. На кроватях не было простыней. Вместо них были серого цвета наматрасники.

холодно, в комнате не было никакого обогревательного прибора. Тюль пропускает солнечный свет( подъем ранний из-за восхода солнца) комната находилась на последнем этаже , пришлось подниматься 3 основных этажа, а потом ещё по маленькой винтовой лестнице на чердак. С чемоданами и маленькими детьми не удобно.

Ühes toas oli värske värvi lõhn ning aknaid oli raske avada.

Nothing. Very dissapointing experience & careles attitude.

There is no reception staff and also my booking with important note to stay on the ground floor was ignored. Property decided that I should climb to the 3rd floor with broken leg and luggage. I made another booking and didn't stay there. Filled a compaint and waiting my money back from booking.com.

The price is one factor that made me choose this place. The location is fairly good, located close to a big shopping center. There is a small in-house zoo.

The room was quite weird. It was big and spacious but there was a half hall in between separating the two beds. About the beds, they were more like sofas or divas. In the room, there were two wash basins, seemingly for each bed on either side of the half wall. Not to mention, there was some mix-up with the keys and I had to call to get the right room number.

Suurepärane asukoht, otse ostukeskuse kõrval. Väga suured toad. Kogu üksus koosneb neljast ruumist. Toas külmkapp ja veekeetja. Õues oli külm, aga tuba oli väga soe. Jõudsime hilja, turvamees tuli meile vastu ja juhatas toani, ise vis tpoleks seda üles leidnud, kuna sissepääs oli nurga taga keerdtrepist üles, viiteid polnud. Vaikne maja, läbi ei kosta. Lemmikloomasõbralik.

"Privaatne vannituba" ei asu toas, vaid koridoris. Seda infot keegi ei jaganud, ise pidime maja pealt WC üles otsima ja teadma, et võti on toa võtme küljes. Tuba asus neljandal korruse, kolmandalt neljanade viis väga järsk keerdtrepp. Kraanikaussi ei olnud ei toas ega WC-s, nõusid tuli pesta dušinurgas. Õhku ei olnud, elektriradikas küttis toa küll soojaks, aga ventilatsiooni ei olnud. Ühel toal oli avatav aken, sealt sai õhku.

В бывший офис поставили кровати и всё. Кровати бельё подушки всё максимально дешёвое. В ,,номере,, нет туалета и душа(они общие на этаже и низкого качества). Какой то странный террариум и аквариум в здании. Клиенты пили алкоголь ругались и дрались и долго шумели . Как это место набрало рейтинг 8 + понятия не имею.

No window to the outside, beds very narrow.

There was a security guard banging on the doors of the guests in the middle of the night being very angry and questioning everyone about who made their booking and what are their names. What does it matter who made the booking if everything was already paid for. After that incident they changed door code but sent the code after 21:23 from a random phone nr without any extra info just words “new cood”. Then one day we found other people entering our rooms, it turned out that someone had made a profile under “Kangelaste” name to Airbnb and was renting out rooms that were already rented out. Scam. So those poor people that fell into that won’t see their money back but also didn’t have a room. I understand this was not their fault but it made us feel very unsafe. After all that, most of our group decided to leave the accommodation. Later when my colleague wrote a letter to the accommodation asking explanation, they answered very rudely.

The room was very spacious and clean. Everything was nice and clean.

The messages were sent by russian language. Like nowadays it's very easy to send messages different languages. I don't speak russian, so I had to translate them by myself 🤔 Should be the hostels job 😅

Keys needed some search and thinking, but were finally found quite easy 😁

For such a small price, you can hardly expect more. Correct price for such accommodation.

Too few toilets and showers (shower and toilet are even in the same room). When someone is taking a shower, the toilet cannot be used.

Beds were a little uncomfortable for me

Easy check in, clean rooms, friendly staff, car parking available and close to a shopping mall.

Exotic animals kept in small cages in the lobby area.
