The location was stunning, comfortable spacious house perfect for a family. The hosts were exceptionally nice and helpful.

The location is amazing. The whole apartment was spotless. Everything you needed was to hand. The hosts were fantastic to deal with. Great facilities and comfort.

Fantastic location with stunning views, wonderful space to relax, super comfortable beds, our hosts, Eileen and Paul were extremely helpful and friendly ensuring we had everything we needed. loved seeing the wild rabbits in the garden each morning. One of the best places we have ever stayed in.

Everything was fine

What hit us first was the smell of the sea. The property was in a wonderful location, at the rear you had an uninterrupted view of the sea. The apartment is outstanding in presentation, so comfortable, welcoming, and well equipped. There were fresh baked scones on the table, butter, jam, milk, tea, coffee, sugar just so you can get started and then do a shopping list. Three fine big bedroom with a double and single bed, two of these bedrooms are en suite and the other is located alongside the main bathroom. We just had a wonderful time there altogether, walking the beach and the greenway, dining in and out, just a wonderful place for our 3 night short October break.

Only bother we had was the weather, we had a small bit of rain, but in October what can you expect. There were 4 of us and the spaciousness of the whole apartment, helped us to ignore the bad weather.

Excellent location. Eileen and Paul were exceptional hosts and homemade scones on arrival were a lovely gesture. The apartment has suberb views. and we would love to come back again for a break in the future.

The Moat is located in a private location overlooking Clonea strand. It is a lovely spacious and comfortable house with fabulous sea views. All mod cons you could possibly need are provided. Eileen & Paul are excellent hosts, easy check-in/check-out, scrumptious homemade scones for us on arrival. Contacted by host during our stay to ensure all comfortable. The beach is a short walk and Dungarvan town is 6km away.

Absolutely nothing to dislike about this property.
