フロントに座るスペースが1つだけ。

I can't fault this hotel, everyone was so helpful and patient with us,the location is great, everything was in walking distance even for kids and someone with a dickie hip and knee. Breakfast was very nice with an excellent variety. Beds very comfortable and shower was heavenly after long days of sightseeing.the facilities were great, the on-site laundry was a huge help. the amount of eating place around was fantastic. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend this hotel.

the only thing we didn't like was the pill99201599201As the world fights to figure everything out, I'll be holding doors for strangers, letting people cut in front of me in traffic, saying good morning, keeping babies entertained in grocery lines, stopping to talk to someone who is lonely, tipping generously, waving at police, sharing food, giving children a thumbs-up, being patient with sales clerks, smiling at passersby, and buying a stranger a cup of coffee. WHY? Because I will not stand to live in a world where love is invisible. Join me in showing kindness, understanding, and judging less. Be kind to a stranger, give grace to friends who are having a bad day, be forgiving with yourself.

So convenient. Larger rooms than most Japanese hotels. Good price with breakfast included. Would definitely return to this hotel next time. The staff was very nice and helpful.

不愧是舒适酒店，住起来真的舒服，房间也够大，非常干净，前台服务态度很好，有问必答，单独一个人或者结伴出行都是不错的选择。

唯一的不足就是离地铁站略微有点远，通勤略不方便

Чисто, расположение вдали от шумных улиц, довольно большой номер по сравнению с номерами в других отелях.

Не очень хороший сигнал WiFi, периодически отключался. Очень однотипный завтрак.

コンパクトながらもサービスが行き届いていました。スタッフの方々がみなさん気持ちが良い接客でした。

バスタブに髪の毛と砂があったこと。

大廳的檸檬水及咖啡不錯喝，只可惜不是24小時提供。有提供可以上鎖的置物櫃及行李櫃，很貼心的服務。

房內沒有提供瓶裝水，需至大廳裝水，然後又要求只能用小小的紙杯裝，非常不方便。大廳的自助進退房機器需要櫃台人員協助才會使用，反而花費更多時間，令人感受不佳的設施。早餐菜色很不優，沒有熱食及新鮮水果。

I didn't find anything that made it special.

Breakfast. I have been in another Comfort Hotel in Nagoya. It was amazing, and I decided to be "loyal" to the chain of Comfort hotels . I didn't like the fact that there's not a consistency. The one in Tokyo was not close to the quality of Nagoya and was way more expensive.

Subway station is about 8 mins away. Close to 7/11 which is great! Can reach main center of Tokyo in less than an hour. They provide sleepwear, toothbrush and others!

Only one guest toilet next to reception. Breakfast is average, but custard bun, so good!

Hôtel confortable, très bien situé proche des quartiers à visiter en métro dans Tokyo avec un personnel à l'écoute et d'une grande gentillesse.

1) les oreillers trop plats qui sont plutôt des "galettes" (photo 1&2) mais que le personnel a bien voulu nous les changer pour des oreillers plus confortables (photo 3) que j'avais repérés dans un carton dans notre couloir : j'en déduis que seules certaines chambres devaient en être équipés. 2) les tasses du petit déjeuner en plastique, le petit déjeuner toujours le même : dommage pour un long séjour

Chambre très correcte et propre, emplacement pour la grande valise, parfait pour 2 personnes. Un bon rapport qualité-prix, personnel très gentil et courtois. Très pratique si vous voulez aller à Akihabara à pied (15min), sinon 8min pour le métro.

Aucune vue depuis la chambre, juste vitre blanche. Juste 1 oreiller fin par personne. Ne pensez pas faire votre lessive là bas, 400/500 yens pour 3kg et 2h à attendre, alors que d'autres hôtels le font à 50 yens, dommage.

Habitacion comoda, espacio ok para las maletas, baño amplio, buena limpieza y el personal muy amable. La ubicacion espectacular, cercano a 3 estaciones de metro

Si bien el desayuno era muy bueno (de los mejores en nuestra estadia en japon) era todos los dias lo mismo, al estar 7 dias es algo repetitivo, pero sigue siendo muy bueno

受付のスタッフの丁寧さ、笑顔

朝食のパンはホテルで焼いたパンもしくは、ベーカリーから仕入れた感じじゃなく、スーパーで売ってるクリームパンや食パンである事がわかった時、大変がっかりしました。そこで手を抜いて無料に繋げているのかと思うと、他の方にホテルのオススメは出来ないです。 部屋の清掃が甘いです。デスクに置かれてた案内にコースターにした後がありました。お手洗い・バスルームの扉表面ではなく、溝に汚れがあったことが確認できました。カスタマーからしたら綺麗で清潔が当たり前に思われているため、汚れが凄く目立ちます。

室内が清潔で、スタッフの方の対応もとても丁寧でした。朝食もおいしく子供も大変喜びました。

大人3人、小学生1人で宿泊しましたが、タオル、スリッパ、歯ブラシなどの、アメニティが３人分しか用意されてなかったので、何度かフロントに受け取りに行きました。 少し残念でした。

Complimentary breakfast was included, adding to a relaxing morning as food is already prepared. The rooms were very clean. Staff members were informative about surrounding areas and how to get to places.

Check-in process is done on a machine with little assistance by staff, adding a level of difficulty to check-in. There was no sanitary bin in the bathroom. There was only a sanitary bag is provided and this bag was to then be placed within the bin in the room which had no lid, making it a little unhygienic.

Es de los pocos hoteles en Japón que cuentan con desayuno incluido en el precio, y es muy variado.

Me gusto el servicio que tienen de transporte de maleta llamado Kuruneko que te pueden enviar la maleta a diferente hotel o al aeropuerto, y recibieron mis compras de online antes de llegar al hotel. Servicio fue muy bueno, el desayuno buffet estuvo muy bueno y saludable sus jugos naturales me encanto.

가성비 좋은 곳으로 생각합니다.

요금 대비한다면 특별히 없습니다.

Das Frühstück etwas einfältig

駐車場があるのがとても良かった。

シーツに血がついていて洗っているのか？と心配になった。 朝食がインバウンド向けの味付けで美味しくなかった。

朝食付きで宿泊費が安かった。スタッフの対応もよく、部屋は非常に綺麗だった。

場所が若干わかりにくかった。

The value for money is great. We had also breakfast included which was a plus. Definitely a great place to stay. Staff are very helpful - they helped us sending our bags to our different hotel via post (Kuroneko) and were very helpful from even before arriving. The room had a good size and the bed was very comfortable. There's also 2 JR train stations easily reachable by foot - Bakurocho (5 mins walk) and Asakusabashi (10 mins walk) - plus metro stations so that you can reach out anywhere in Tokyo within minutes. Very quiet area at night.

Just as a recommendation - and not that I disliked it at all - the breakfast area was busy during the breakfast time, especially after 8.30am. Not sure if there's anything that can be done to improve that, but it was a bit annoying to be queuing to get your breakfast. Hopefully this can be improved somehow!

ทำเลดี สะอาด เดินทางสะดวก

The washroom is very clean, which is very important to us. Nice breakfast buffet. Super friendly staff. Midtown location, walkable distance (5-10mins) to Akihabara and other rail stations for trains to most locations without changing routes. Only about 25 minutes walk to the sports equipment shopping area (Ocha no Mizu). Nice restaurants close by. Clean towels provided daily, which is not really useful to us. Their pillows and mattress are very comfortable.

They didn't ask if we needed clean towels per day. It's kind of a waste in my opinion. It's kind of a good and bad situation. Room size is not that big. We booked for a room for two with one bed. The room is a bit too small for our huge luggage, but we managed it anyway. We don't have our own snowboards with us this time. It will definitely be too small if we have that many stuff around (three huge checkin and two carry on) We didn't get to wash our clothes in this hotel, but it's definitely too small to hang your clothes drying. Consider washing less or use the dryer instead.

O atendimento foi ótimo, com uma equipe de funcionários muito gentil e prestativa. As camas e o quarto foram sensacionais também, além da ótima localização, com menos de 10min de algumas estações.

O café da manhã poderia ter sido melhor.

We like the breakfast. There were plenty of options for our fussy children. The room was very clean and the room service did a good job cleaning it every day. There are washing machine/dryer option for those with extended stay.

The location is not very central. But it would be fine if you don't mind a bit of walking.
