Room too hot, AC very small compared to room size. Receptionist not ready to solve or admit problem

1. Location is good, not far from main attractions and central train station which was important for us,
2. air conditioning was efficient but you have to take remote control on reception desk.

The guy in the reception was very helpful.
The bed stuff weren't equipped appropriately. The water in the bathroom wasn't hot. The breakfast was very basic. It could be improved significantly with a better organisation and some more modern stuff.

Very central location in Ulus, you can walk to most of the places and it is close to public transportation

First I got a room to a noisy street. I did not sleep in the night train so I asked to change for acquiet room. They did, and then I was maximally enjoying my stay.
This is not their fault, but one side of the hotel in to a very noisy street with some factory. The other side is OK. I would appreciate more English speakingvstaff. But it was fun even so.

Beds were comfortable and I liked the price very much. I liked that they include breakfast with different types of vegetables. People at reception were very nice.
During our stay they did not cleaned the room at all. Shower drain was clogged and water did not go through properly. I wish they at least cleaned the bathroom while we were staying there.
