Location and area were awesome,room was extremely nice only downfall had to set shower products on floor ,

Awesome time with family. Place is near the gulch neighborhood with great restaurants! Room was perfect for our group of five and the pool is awesome. Property owner communication was great and pretty easy to get ahold of. Other than hurricane Beryl affecting my daughter and son in law's flight back to Houston, we had a blast for the fourth of July weekend!

Property was clean, bathroom set-up in our unit was well thought out, shower, toilet and sink vanity and 3 sided full length mirror are all separated by doors so 3 of us could be in the same area yet have complete privacy. Entry to the building and condo was easy and the location was great. Lots of bars/restaurants within a short walking distance and just minutes away from Broadway via Uber (walking about 30 minutes but very doable). Ubers very responsive with quick pick-ups and cost very reasonable to get to the main action (if you don't want to walk). Would definitely stay here again and absolutely recommend!

If you want a hot shower it takes a long time for the water to get hot....so its best not to be the 1st one to shower

Loved the location. Walking distance to every place we love in Music Row. We were able to get lyfts and deliveries without any problems. Pool was clean and not crowded. Would definitely stay again.

Loved our stay here. Jon was a great host, helping us out with everything we needed very quickly. The bedrooms were both a good size and bedding very comfortable. Towels nice & fluffy. Everything very modern inside apartment. Uber to Broadway only about $6 each way. Only a few minutes walk to food venues. Easy parking underneath. Even though we were there for CMA Fest, pool was not too busy. Great seat up in apartment for two couples.

Had a wonderful week in this condo, with nearby bars and restaurants and Broadway only a mile away, which was a leisurely walk to an abundance of bars and shops. Plenty to do; a horse drawn carriage; get on & off trolley tour of the city; General Jackson Steamboat on the Cumberland River. We also saw a show at the Grand Ole Opry and saw Tim McGraw at the Bridgestone Arena in the heart of Broadway. Back to the accommodation. Gorgeous place to stay with two large double bedrooms, large tv in both, full kitchen and washing facilities. Fabulous guitar shaped pool and all near the iconic Music Row region with lots of recording studios within a stone’s throw. Thanks Jon for sharing your condo with us!

Check in and communication with host was easy. Clean and comfortable stay and the bathroom is quite roomy. We enjoyed our short walks to everything. Highly recommend for parties of 1-4 it worked out well.

This property was the perfect location. Within walking distance to Broadway and all of the bars as well as a quick walk to Midtown with a more chill vibe. The property was clean and had everything we needed for a week away. Communication with the owner was excellent and we will definitely recommend this place!

Condo on music row, about a 25 minute walk to broadway. Perfect location. Close enough to downtown without being crazy. Nice, clean, comfortable apartment.

My friend and I took our 17 yr olds for a graduation trip. We were so happy with the unit. Clean, comfortable, quiet, safe and enough room for the 4 of us. Totally appreciated how it was decorated with a chill yet somewhat swanky vibe. We were big fans of the bathroom setup being 3 girls and 1 boy. Water took a bit to heat up but once it did we had plenty for the 4 of us to shower and that was great! We felt safe walking the neighborhood and ubering to other parts of the city couldn't have been easier. Being located among the music studios was pretty cool watching people come and go making their dreams happen. The price point is perfect. We want to go back when it's warmer to enjoy that guitar pool ;-) Truly, I would stay again in a heartbeat and reccommend it to others headed to the area.

This place is perfect for a long weekend getaway in Nashville with friends. Close enough to walk downtown but far enough to be in a quiet neighborhood. Beds are super comfy, condo was well stocked and very clean. We loved our stay here and the host was very responsive (hot water does need to run for a while before it gets hot!)

Spent a long weekend here with friends (all from Michigan) and enjoyed everything about it! The place was super cute and very clean, and the location was perfect for us. We came for a concert at Bridgestone and to enjoy some bar hopping...all of it was within walking distance. Jon is an amazing host and responded immediately to any questions I had. This will be, without question, the place I hope to stay anytime I go back to Nashville. I do have a little tip about the shower though - let it run for a few minutes before you get in - it takes a bit for the water to get hot. 😊 Outside of that VERY minor thing, this place was perfect and I'd highly recommend staying here!

The rental was perfect for us. There were three in our group and we all agreed, we'd come back to this spot again. So much history on Music Row! Minutes from dining, drinks, easy Lyft pick up. If you like to walk - you can walk to just about anywhere, which we did. We contacted Jon thinking we had no hot water, but....living on the 3rd floor in an older music row building turns out it takes some time for the hot to get upstairs, so once it arrives, it's HOT. Bathroom setup is perfect for several to get ready at once. We grocery shopped, took advantage of the kitchen space, enjoyed the parking pass for our rental car, overall this stay was fantastic!
